Well let's just say I'm not entirely happy with my experience. Everything went well til I got home and opened my food. No sour cream or guacamole on my nachos, no ice cream for my mini pazookies (but the oreo whipped cream?). I paid 40 plus for my food, I expect everything to be there. I dont think thats unreasonable. The reason I did give it 3 stars is because the food was good and everything was fine with the rest of my order. Just the idea that you pay for something and not get everything is a bummer. Anyway, I just pulled out a tub of ice cream and plopped it on top of the pazookies and same with the sour cream for the nachos.
Couldn't be happier with the waiter we had to accommodate our dinner service. Calling in beforehand to see if it was a long wait time like some close by dining services. The experience was timely, great food options and plentiful of drink options if you are of age. Thank you, Brandon, for your great communication and management on our order this Friday night. With only fifteen days at service with BJ's, I'm sure you'll be able to delight other customers as well.

Have been going to BJ for years, notice quality of food is declining. First (several months ago) was served cold sweet potato fries. Then last Sunday 4/10, my avocado roll tasted 'rotten'. Will not be going back.
March 22, 2022I was surprised and delighted by the larger portions of our dinner. My BJ’s nitro beer hit the spot. Wonderful waitress. Food served on time. Great atmosphere. The clam chowder was very meaty and delicious. We enjoyed all of our other dishes as well! Loved the interior of this restaurant,spacious and comfortable. Reasonable prices.

Was looking forward to enjoying my evening with my family. Visiting from Fla this restaurant is known for great service and food. Unfortunately this wasn't the case on 3/26/22, the appetizers came out about 20 mins before our drinks, once I mentioned it to the server she went and got them and apologized for the wait, but clearly the drinks had been sitting because of the water that had settled at the top of the beverage from the ice, food was room temperature and my steak was cooked to well after requesting it to be medium well. The manager Phillip asked if I wanted him to remove it from the check no was my answer just wanted my food. He offered to bring out a new steak in about 20 mins yeah right the server came back in 10 minutes with the same steak split and more done then before. I only wanted to enjoy my meal not to be lied to.

Excellent choice of delicious foods. I would’ve left a 5th except we placed our two empty drink glasses by edge of the table and Vanessa never came but nor asked if we would like refills. Kinda took the taste of the food out of my mouth sorta speak.
