This is about as good as it gets for some real Texas barbecue. The trash plate is top notch with their homemade barbecue sauce. A layer of Fritos, baked beans, pork, and sausage. The Mac and cheese is creamy and will hit the spot. The ribs and chicken are juicy and flavorful. And the staff are a great bunch of friendly people who you can tell love their job. This is an awesome spot to get some great food and 7-12 dollars a plate!!
While preparing my meal the server put his bare hands into a the container of sausage with no glove to get the meat out. Then he stuck his bare hands into the pickles to give me pickles. Anyone that works in food service knows you don't grab ready to eat foods with your barehands, it's clearly written in the food code. Then the cashier tried to tell me I was wrong saying he should wear gloves. Disgusting!!!

The owners are great people met them for first time and they were super friendly. Gave my grandson gummy worms ?. The brisket is SO flavorful and tender, falls apart if you pick it up with your fingers. It’s been so long since I’ve had brisket this good. Also got the ribs, again very flavorful and tender. The sides, coleslaw, beans, and mac&cheese are all excellent! Not only do they sell bbq, they sell the butchered meats. There is a very famous bbq joint about a block away and they also have world renowned bbq, but this the Best Quality Meat & BBQ is way better. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

This is by far the best place to eat fresh BBQ in all of Texas and I have traveled near and far trying different BBQ places... Lol is all I can say!! Best Quality BBQ'S every single day the meats seasoned with their mixture of special spices that make your mouth water as soon as your nose smells the smoked goodness Mmmm it melts in your mouth and makes you want to come back for more!!! Their meat is beautiful just the right amount of fat to make the meat tender and juicy, they have just about any kind of meat you could ant and if they don't have it on hand give them a minute and I bet they send someone to the field to get it... Lol their prices just can't be beat for fresh meat or BBQ, the owner is always on site shoot they even got pictures of famous people that have come there to eat.P.S. ask about the baby trash plate and sausage wraps Mmmm mouths watering guess y'all know where I'm headin to... Heard great things about this place. Tried the trash can plate, which I’ve heard is their most popular item. Dish was ok….very sloppy. Also they used their hands to make my food, directly touching the food itself, without using any gloves. The guy was hot and sweaty, touching anything and everything and never washed his hands. Sanitation didn’t seem to be a concern for the staff. Also the owner(or who I think was the owner, due to how everyone was listening to him) was very rude and seemed to not care what people think about him. Meats might be best quality (which didn’t taste like it) but the standards sure weren’t best quality. Best of luck for them but I won’t be returning.

My husband and i visited this place yesterday.The food is so good best barbecue I ever had and we have tried a lot of places. We will definitely be back!!! The people are so nice there as well!
Best dang ribs iv ever had! Must try!! 1st time i had trash plate. Very good also. The ribs tho! Yummy!
