Yo I mean it’s a solid chicken sandwich I really don’t have anything to complain about. It’s no whataburger or Popeyes or anything, but it’s pretty good. Can’t really go wrong with this one.
Normally I have a great experience here but today was not it. I hate that they make you pull up here because the food never comes out right.. The girl who brought out my food was not nice at all and when I told her that my order was wrong she smacked her teeth, rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. When she brought out my order again, she didn’t say anything.. No have a great day, nothing. Food is always great when it’s right but customer service is horrible.
Food was nothing short of spectacular. The missing star can be contributed to the wait time & salad freshness! We had to pull up and there was already 4 cars waiting. The wait was worth it but still… the salad could have had fresher ingredients & chopped chicken. They shredded it & that’s not the norm. Also, I think the salad dressing packets got smaller
The food was fresh and hot, but a little salty with seasoning. The staff was nice. We had to wait for the food & drinks, but I prefer to wait for fresh food than be rushed with un-fresh food.
No complaint for food however despite no rush, only 3 cars in driveway, they make you wait extra 10 minutes at parking lot even after reaching pickup window at driveway.
Tried this place for the first time. The service was friendly and multiple employees greeted us. Lobby was clean and orderly. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to this or another location. Like how they offer different sauces for the wings/boneless and more variety than others.
I wish I could give a zero star here. I am sitting here outside waiting for my food for 20 mins. It says the lobby is closed due to personal shortage and I understand that. But I just saw a few people come out with their food in hand. I didn't even order anything special. It was just 4 sandwiches.
I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at the Sugarland location last week Friday evening. After waiting on the drive through lane for 15 minutes to order, I was told to wait by the red curbside in order to get my ordered food. After I waited for an extra 10 to 15 minutes in the car and still didn't have my food, I decided to go inside and demand they provide what I ordered. The disappointment was their inability to apologize for the delay and thier "the audacity to come in and demand your food" eye-rolling expressions. Zaxby needs to hireindividuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Ah, my dear friend Zaxby. You, my friend, are dominating the culinary universe. Bringing your secret recipes all the way from Georgina, it's about time the people have a better taste of fried chicken. Popeyes just doesn't have that kinda voodoo magic. ? P.s. you're the only fast food place with FANTA CHERRY. Now that's what I'm talking 'bout.
The chicken is really good. The staff here is always kind and caring. They are exceptional people in a world that could sure use more of that. Place is clean and cozy.
