I ordered atomic flavour with coca cola. Went to fill up the drink and there was no ice coming out so upon asking the employee i got to know that there is no ice. Now how am i suppose to eat so hot wings without a chilling and cold beverage? Had to tolerate somehow ?
i love this place because dowson is my favorite worker there! he is very nice and treats his customers with love and respect and always is very caring. come to wingstop because it is the best place here!
Fries was horrible..\\nBurned and soft. When called for replacement, was asked to call corporate number. For fries I won't do that....\\nDon't try fries...specially for kids...\\nOr check before serving kids.\\nProbably old potatoes...

Bad location! Been here a few times and my food isn't even warm. I would schedule a pick up time instead of ordering ASAP because I want my food to be hot when I get it, but it seems like they make it right when my order was placed so it will be sitting there for a hour until I pick up. what is the point in scheduling a pickup time when they just make it once the order is placed? the last time I went there they didn't have any cheese sauce for my voodoo fries which I understand things happens. but the fact they they gave me 5 less wings than what I paid for? and my food was also cold!! I called them and they said they would refund the money but never got a refund. will never be going to this location
Amazing Customer Service, Great Food, On-Time, Excellent Chicken Wings. Chris and his team are simply the best. My family loves this wingstop location just because Chris consistently goes above and beyond. Our wings also come out exactly just as we ordered everysingle time, great taste and ontime. This wingstop chicken and fries from Texas taste way better than the wingstop I get from off chef in New Orleans it's sad to say this about my own city but its facts my order was so perfect when I ate from Texas that I had to go back and get a large frie in the same day!!!???
The time to get your food is always longer than what they say. They always tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes but really 30-40 minutes. Their ranch and blue cheese dressing looks and taste like they added lots of water to it. Only thing good here are the wings.
I ordered online but forgot the fries. Went back online to place second order but minimum order for del. is 15 bucks, so I tried calling it in to add or create new order and I was told they cannot add to my order.They don’t take c. card info. over the phone and therefore cannot add to my delivery order. So I asked, do you do not take “call in” orders for delivery. He said no. ??? So I would have to go back online to order. I guess tough s**t for me. So I either do without my complete order or pay 15+ del fee again for some fries. I SIMPLY WANTED TO ADD FRIES TO MY ORDER WITHOUT PAYING quadruple for them!!!
