Orderes online on a Monday night. Food was ready when I got there. Got home and fkkd was still warm. Wings were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. They did a great job keeping the sauced wings separate from the dry rub as well.We all really enjoyed thr large fries (very large portion)
DON’T EVEN THINK OF WINGS FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE! I ordered bone-In wings for 4PM pickup. Got a call at 2p that order was ready. At 4p I picked up STONE COLD wings, carrot/celery sticks were wilted. That order sat there 2 hrs!!!. The sack was SOAKED in grease as was the wings, dripping in grease. Never agsin. DO NOT THINK OF GETTING WINGS FROM THIS PLACE! The only reason they got 1 star was because there was no Minus 10 stars.
They claim to close at 12 on Friday but door was locked at 11 and they didn’t answer the phone. I can literally see you in there.
Would leave no stars if possible; Whole buncha white people who do not wear masks and refuse to budge over extra ranch. lame.
My family was visiting for Christmas and we ordered Wingstop from the Lexington location for dinner on 12/26. We picked up the order around 9:00 and by the time we brought it home and ate it was about 10 and we noticed the wings were incredibly dry super rubbery and very chewy. They closed at 11:00 so it was too late to call and go back there. I figured I would call first in Monday morning on 12/27 which I did and I had the worst experience with the employee there that answered the phone. He was so so rude so unhelpful and repeatedly kept telling me the same thing over and over again which is that I should have called the night before. I told him it was an hour before closing and I did not want to turn around and come back after I had already come and picked the wings up and brought them home. We barely ate them and I took a picture of the rest before we threw them away because they were so inedible. He said the manager wasn't there and I should have called last night despite me explaining the situation. He literally hung up the phone on me. I called back three times after that and he did not answer my call at Wingstop. I'm going to post a picture of my phone logs And these terrible wings. It's one thing to have the food not made right It's another to have such horrible customer service. I would never give them my business again!!! Do not recommend this location at all first off was the customer service... I mean who hangs up on a customer?!!!! Just terrible!!!!
Hands down, this Wingstop is the best location I have ever been around Houston. Everyone's attitude was awesome and they keep this place super clean. Also Rosalba, the cashier was very polite and provided a professional and super friendly customer service.Thanks alot. Definitely coming back.
Almost everytime I call to place an order for pickup the worker never understands my order and gets upset with me acting as if I messed up my own order when they were not listening. Very rude sometimes do not recommend this location
