My family and I stopped in for a bite to eat on this super hot Saturday evening. The atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I totally enjoyed the frozen lemonade… it definitely hit the spot in this heat. Our server Keyonna was very pleasant as well, she consistently checked on us to make sure we were alright. We usually go to a restaurant eat and then leave but we enjoyed the atmosphere and everything here so we ended up just sitting a while and chatting while having drinks.
This is the first time I’ve visited the Sugar Land location. Not only that my chicken fried chicken was amazing, but my waitress, Enee, was FANTASTIC! Her bubbly personality, great food suggestion and all around outstanding service topped it off. She is the epitome of what great service should be. Thank you Enee! I will be requesting you my next visit.
We go to Willie's often. Location is near our home and our typical "errands." LOVE the friendly service (we always ask for Cari). Can't resist the fried jalapenos with queso & ranch dips. Burgers, fries, fried fish, huge salads or baked potatoes. We enjoy them all! It's a bit noisy, but after all ... it IS an ice house! But it is VERY family-friendly. We recently took our great grandson, knowing he would enjoy playing in the sand box.
$10 wings. Then they made me 10 because I asked if they were really $2 a wing.The salad was good and the staff was trying hard but dose not have the training and the authority to fix the problem.Salad, wings and 2 beers 35$ = ripoff in my book
I love this place especially the jack and coke that i ordered with my hamburger. The hamburger was amazing and perfectly cooked and was given to me by the sever Celeste. She was so sweet and kind and attended to me and my friends. The manager Griselda was also very attentive as well. I was very impressed with the attentiveness and kindness of those employees, especially Celeste and Griselda. I love willies and i look forward to going every month.
Laid back spot with quick and tasty gulf coast favorites and a crew that hustles. Food was fast and hot, and service was on point. Jamie, my server, was engaging and attentive. She kept my water cup full and, as a fellow spicy lover, she encouraged me to try a couple different sauces with my fried jalapenos and etouffe. Everyone was friendly and inviting, especially Steven who never dropped his smile or patience when I took my sweet time trying to decide my dinner. Thanks for the good food and great service Willie's!
first time eating there celebrating my youngest son's birthday and was awesome. the food was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. Thumbs up ??!!
We ordered our food and as we ordered a roach crawled out by the register. The server acted as if we didn't see it even though we all stopped and looked seeing it. We politely said to cancel our order and left. We saw the reviews but had been in the past with great overall service. We will not return as we cannot be okay until they clean up.
Ok let’s be honest here, this place is the epitome of SAD: Standard American Diet. If you like that sort of thing, ok, it’s cool. Otherwise the menu is a weeeeeeee bit overrated in the reviews. The vibe is kinda like if buffalo wild wings and Joe’s crab shack had a baby, idk, kinda.... it was friendly vibe, family friendly.
I’ve been coming to this Willies for years. The food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Elizabeth the manager came by to check on us to make sure our visit was going well. It’s so nice to see a young manager who cares about the guest’s experience. We will definitely be stopping in more frequently.
