Awesomeness ! Got me their double Whataburger with cheese . ?
Going to this location since it opened up, it was the first 24/7 fast food in this entire area for the longest time.I always had good experience at this location and it made me a big time fan of Whataburger; in more then 15 years I think they messed up my order just few times and always happily fixed it; last night they added bacon in my sandwich when I selected no bacon, and they not only fixed it, but added extra fries in the bag which I get to know when I reached home; I think I can give them a pass as human errors happens and the rate of error is so low that I don’t remember when something wrong happened last timePeople at this location r friendly and surely doing something right ?
I was disappointed with my recent visit. Usually the employees seem happy and friendly, but this time was depressing.The order taker barely said a word, and the person who gave me my order basically pushed the bag into my chest as if she hated to have to be there. She had a very grumpy look on her face, and just turned and walked away without saying a word.The order taker did not ask me which sauce I wanted with my chicken strips, and since I forgot to indicate which sauce I wanted, I ended up with gravey. Usually they ask while taking the order.The store also did not have chocolate shakes that day, and the blue powerade was just blue colored water.I know no one wants to work anymore, and there are supply issues these days, but I expect more from whataburger, especially with the prices they charge.
Food and service are decent but, they keep sending people outside to take orders . Which wouldn't be an issue except they always stand 20ft away from the menu. So instead they hand you a small laminated abbreviated menu. It just makes the whole ordering process awkward for me. So I've started avoiding this location. It is probably faster if you already know what you want.
I'm someone that have never really cared for Whataburger. I would eat at other popular fast food places. But recently I stopped at this place because it was late at night and other places were closed..well I'm glad I did because it's so far the best tasting fast food place that I've been. The burger was large, juicy, tasty and it was very delicious and inexpensive as well! Well go try for yourself and testify of this goodness!!!
With the time frame I visited this location .. line was long but this location was organized and move with precision which I was impressed with the 3 orders I had .. food was hot !! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I didn't have a cup holder .. other than that this is prefect fast food restaurant I would drive to and drive thru.. this is my Whataburger ... Awesome customer service!
Fast enough, food was average, staff was pleasant.Bathroom and dining are were clean. It was busy but that is due to location.
Service was excellent and timely. The checkers had plenty of customer service. When the line was long, the checkers went out side in thecold and rain to take ordersso the outside line would not have to wait for their food.
Shouldn’t take an hour to make two meals and deliver. Called them they gave the phone to the manager of whataburger and hung up…again, there’s a reason why she’s a whataburger manager
Fastest and most accurate Whataburger I have ever been too! The staff is very courteous and helpful, the place is always clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Absolutely, my favorite Whataburger.
