Burgers fit the bun, very good.

I asked for extra cheese 4 slices to be exact and paid an extra $2 dollars for and got only one. I never post but this happens specifically in this location all the time. I live in Los Angeles so I don't have the luxury of getting whataburger whenever I wan. I was really looking forward to my bacon cheeseburger with 3 slices of cheese, sub mayo, and extra onion.In and Out has never to date made this mistake . A lot of people working the night shift need to get fired. including the manage who I saw arguing with the employees.i made a formal complaint o the official websit . Hope something comes out of it. Wish I could leave zero ratin .

I frequent the drive-thru, usually buy potato products. Potato products usually have a chemical taste to them, so does the hamburgers. I just like Whataburger and what they stand for......

I seriously would never come back if my family didn’t enjoy this horrible place. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I should have checked my bag but I was so irritated. I arrive home and my kids informed me my order was incomplete. ? This place is a Complete waste of time!! Worst Whataburger Ever!

Worst fast food experience. Confirmed my order 3 times at the speaker, pulled up to the window and had to tell her my drink again. She fills it up 70% and I say "Can you fill this up all the way?" I'm so fed up that I leave and realize she didn't offer spicy or regular ketchup, so now I have to eat cold fries with no ketchup. Mushroom Swiss SWIMMING in sauce.Whole process, from getting in a SHORT line to receiving my correct order took 30 MINUTES. I like Whataburger, but with so many food options close by I can't recommend ever giving this place your money.

1-8-2022 9:30 A.M Manager was more concerned with how often and how long she could roll her eyes at me than helping her backed up, untrained employees she had left alone. I guess she thought I was going to be bothered by her eye rolling and sighs.. but I realized why she was her age and still employed at a burger place… Anyways, cashier was not able to ring up a taquito with no cheese.. a taquito… cashier refused to ask for help, just kept hitting every button possible. Line backed up, wasn’t able to properly ring anyone in line up. Food was being prepared and placed on counter, just sitting there getting cold. No one helping, no one asking for help. I ask for the manager. Curbside customers start coming in stating they’ve been outside 10 minutes.. when I attempted to explain to the manager that the new employee needed help, I couldn’t make it through a sentence without her, “why are you bothering me, I don’t like my job, are you done yet eyerolls” they were so exaggerated I had to look around for a camera, I just knew we were on Tik Tok instead of an establishment. This place has become a joke just like their management has.

We arrived early and notified the store of our stall number. We could observe inside the store and it was not busy but the drive thru did have cars waiting. Our food arrived late and it was cold. The French fries were mushy and most of the ice in the drinks was melted. This is a clear indication that it just sat waiting to be delivered. We have frequented this location over the past 15 years and it’s sad to see it going downhill. We do not feel welcome in the store and there are definite signs of racial discrimination of customers and favoritism. This operator should be replaced with someone who wants to provide a great atmosphere and service along with a superior product

If you’re using curbside to avoid Covid don’t bother. Person with no mask will stand 2 inches away from you and breathe in your face when you pick up your food. I ordered a whataburger fries and a Diet Coke. I got a whataburger a warm tea with no ice and a freezing cold half full carton of fries.

Save your peace of mind. Unless you want get treated with an attitude, wait unnecessarily and have smart comments thrown your way, then go ahead and come here. The drive thru personnel are quite rude specially one but she didn’t want to tell me her name. No name tag either. She had an attitude about me using my app and the apple wallet to pay and got real smart with her comments and sighing.

No idea what the hell is going on with Whataburger I left one location in Mo City because they're so terrible to another location SUGARLAND, only to find out that this location is just as terrible. Ive been waiting in line at the window for my food for 8 min, only to be asked to move to lane B, and wait another 18 min. Too fast foodToo fast food people!Two fast food people!
