Excellent burger!! My family loves a good burger and we've hit all the joints in the Houston area many time. Today, my son and I stopped in right when they opened for an early lunch and boy did it hit the spot.I went with the burger of the month and it killed! Sweet potato fries and an order of torches made it a bomb of a meal.
I was getting breakfast. Asked to move to the next window after waiting 6 minutes for my order. Clients behind me were helped (payment and food delivered before mine.) Then they started honking to get out of the drive thru. Had to move forward and reverse only to block the next client. Waited about 10 minutes for my order. Food was well made.
Great service hot and fresh food they even have us free apple pies for the long wait. Which wasn't long at all in my opinion but.. what crazy person declines free hot pies lol not me ... you guys rock I love how the manager I met was so nice and professional not sure of her name but she was a gorgeous short Hispanic woman lol excuse me If its offensive I will most definitely remember names from now on lol
Our burgers were made exactly how we ordered. The staff was very polite and quick.
Waited in drive thru lane B for more than 30 minutes for a simple order. I was told they lost my ticket and they had to find it again to put in the order for our food. They also forgot to include gravy for chicken strips. Don't waste your time with this location. They are the worst. I will never go back.
I wish I could give it a zero the food is terrible It use to be good I will no longer be doing business with this establishment anymore the food tasted like plastic fries hard and old I and the soda flat I want my money back I make 9 dollars an hour when you take 10 dollars for a meal I would expect it to have one item atleat taste good.
Came in for a walk in order and they never made it. When I asked for my food almost 30 mins later, they just looked around like somebody lost a key. I just got my money back and dipped out. Never coming back

I'm done with whataburger.Yall hire non English speaking employees to take your order and never get your order right... had it delivered through Favor because we have covid and can't leave anywhere. We'll I order arrived over an hour just to realize a combo was missing and our sprites had no flavor to it.IM DONE WASTING MY MONEY AT WHATABURGER !!!!DISPLEASED CUSTOMER
I was in line for at least 15-20min. They asked for my name and they handed me the wrong order. Fries were ice cold. I am not eating that and I will be returning it tomorrow. I called them as soon as I got home. Of course they were apologetic but when you get home from work you do not want to turn around and and wait another 20min.
