Very bad service after I was told to wait so that I may place an order after seven long minutes I place my order and they still get the order wrong I don't understand I know it's a fast food restaurant but bad service is bad service. I've never had trouble with ordering anything from Whataburger it seems like nowadays people are too caught up in their own little world that they want to hear what they want to hear anyhow after I said that my order was wrong they asked me to park up front so I can wait for my onion rings and I wasn't going to do that this is my first meal of the day and they ruined it for me.
We can't go wrong with waterburger so I'm basing this review STRICTLY off the online app service only.I ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken combo with onion rings, spicy ketchup, and a Dr. Pepper. I received the correct burger but with fries, regular ketchup, and a Dr. Pepper shake. They fixed it right away and I kept the extra eats courtesy of them. Of course, I was excited about the extra food, but ultimately the order was wrong. (I'm so soorrryy!!)I have earned 4 rewards with the app and approximately 75% of those orders were at the Richmond location which has proven to be my personal go to waterburger.
Went there around 7pm ish for drive thru, just few cars in front of me,and the lady who took my order was very friendly(her tone), and when I got my order she also did ask me if I need any ketchup or any sauce. The whole transaction was nice and smooth.
Yesterday the power went out in Sugarland my husband and I just placed our order. Edith made sure we got our order. We were allowed to eat inside in the dark. It was raining bad outside. We had a great experience nonetheless.
Family and went out to a concert and went somewhere to eat quick but decent food, we walk inside this whataburger and start ordering. I order a number 13 and they ask what sauce, I say gravy of course and was quickly met with There’s no more gravy. How do you run out of gravy at a place that likes to pride itself on it? We continue ordering but are given no number? But we sit and after a while an employee has to ask around a bit before asking for our number out loud. A family member of ours ordered separately and the same employee had to ask around before my family member said that’s mine. We started eating and I genuinely almost choked on their chicken with how dry it was, I had never tasted chicken so dry before.
It was strange to see a restaurant drive thru where they had a line around the building, that wasn't chick fil a, and a single female it there taking the orders instead of shouting them into the drive thru speakers.Food was good, fast and fries burned your mouth they were hot and fresh. The lady taking the orders was not upset that I didn't know what I wanted as it was my first whataburger visit in about 12 years.
I've never had a bad experience until I visited this Whataburger. The manager Mrs.Lola and staff Nicholi we're very rude and unprofessional. I had asked to speak to a manger to make my complaint, she just said sorry, and walked away as I was talking to her.
I asked for my burger well done and cut in half. Neither was done. I always ask for well done so the patty would be hot.. SMH nope it was cold.
I keep trying this location at night.... How does one get a chicken bite meal, and the fries are missing, but they were able to leave literally 3 fries in.... Food mostly cold, even though there's a long line....
Only a few in line but took the order person at least 10 minutes with car in front of us and then 10 minutes of us sitting in front of speaker before she finally took our order and then we were there at least 20 more minutes at the pick up window before I finally got out of my car and went in thinking they must be short staffed. Nope! There were at least 5-7 people of more just in the food area and one at the front counter. When I asked politely if we should just leave because they seemed to be out of food I was met with 4 staring blank faces. Unbelievable.
