Overall Veritas Steak and Seafood isn't that bad. They have the right idea, but needs some refining. Update the website, we drove over an hour there because pictures showed scallops and east coast oysters. They were sincere about apologizing and we were good.........Until....after we ordered the fish and sides to share, they didnt bring us an extra plate, offer one, they dropped off food, left, and we used our appetizer plates. Again......in the big picture its all well, but still.
We were celebrating our 35th high school reunion! We had the wine room. We had a wonderful experience! The food is great and service was excellent!

There were 5 of us for lunch. It was very enjoyable. We all chose the 3 course lunch. Mine was the Chicken Anchetta, in the photo. Tender and delicious. Mark ordered the burger, medium rare. Perfectly cooked. Great fries. For an upcharge, 3 of us switched our desserts to bread pudding and chocolate cake. All very good. We didn't get our server's name. I wish I had. He was doing it all. Hostess, server, table clearer. Aside from the chef, he was the only person we saw. He did an amazing job, and earned a tip bump. We'll definitely go back.
