Don’t waste your time or money. Extremely dirty, smelly, more than half the machines are out of service, toppings are mislabeled, staff is absent until you’re ready to pay, etc etc.The uncleanliness and fowl order is awful.
Avoid this place! First time at this location. I got the matcha waffle cone with yogurt. First off, the waffle cone was stale. Secondly, they over charged ("scammed") me for the waffle cone with yogurt. To break down the price, they use a cone stand which has a weight of 2.6oz when placed on the scale and then I placed my yogurt cone on top of the cone stand which now has a total weight of 8.8oz. The cost of the matcha waffle cone is an additional cost of $1.75 and the yogurt is charge $0.70 per oz. So I pretty much paid for plastic cone stand ("cant be eaten") and was also charged for the weight of the cone itself which is already a side charge. In total, I paid (8.8oz x 0.70=$6.16) plus the waffle cone $1.75 which subtotal is $7.91and plus tax is total $8.56. The yogurt wasn't even full to the top of the cone.I tried to question the charges but the girl insist that only the yogurt was charged when placed on the scale. The math doesn't lied!See receipt below for proof.
They have a lot of good interesting flavors!! The price will depend on the size and amount of the frozen yogurt. I would recommend it of you are looking for something cold and sweet. The only thing is that the topping are not labeled correctly and the floor is sticky. It's our first time here, and we would come back.
Tables and floors are always sticky. Don't usually see any staff in the store until we are ready to pay. Many of the toppings are not labeled correctly. About a third of the yogurt dispensers are always out of order. The staff seems to do the bare minimum. But at least the yogurt and toppings are still tasty.
Very disappointing. My daughter's yogurt came out of the machine half melted. Topping selection was decent but most of it was mislabeled which makes it seem like they just really don't care. Worst of all it was really warm in there and we couldn't get out of there soon enough (which was made really difficult by the family with small children that cut in front of us and then took forever and made a mess, but I'm not even holding that against the yogurt shop.)
Love the yogurt. The facility not so much. The place smells, not clean, and the rap music being played not nice at all especially with curse words
Enjoyed taking friends who had never been to a frozen yogurt place for a light dessert. We were all impressed with the taste and quality. They could not believe the number of flavors and toppings.
was just trying to relax eating my yogurt w my girls.. first off dont get a welcome.. get ringed up no hello or have a good day.. on top of that she’s on the phone the whole time while ringing us up.. back and forth on the phone and with us.. as we are sitting 5 minutes max she sits down and said “they need to hurry up” making a gesture to hurry but not at us.. never coming back again ??
Horrible customer service by the girl working at 9pm on 3/2/22 she looked bothered and was on her phone the whole time FaceTiming people . Overheard her tell her friends on the phone that my friends and i should go . Disrespectful never coming back plus most machines didn’t even work
My husband and I came for the very first time since we always craved for frozen yogurt and absolutely loved it! We just recently moved in the sugar land area and found a great place for some light dessert! Loved the non dairy options and coffee flavor! We will be back.
