If you like Indian street food then you must visit this place, atleast once. But there are couple of things to keep in mind.1. Try to go as soon as it opens because it gets crowded gradually.2. Please be patient, because it being run by an elderly couple and both of them manage everything without any other help. On top of that it gets crowded gradually and they are continuously taking orders, preparing and serving it.We tried almost everything on the menu with couple of exceptions. Everything is very nice, spices are well balanced and I would recommend having anything having curd for example dahi poori, lassi. But won’t recommend Bombay sandwich until and unless you are big fan of it because you can easily make it at home.
Mediocre food. Their prices are pretty much the same as a restaurant. However, they do not give any chutneys on the side. How are you a “chaat truck” but refuse to give any chutney on the side? The lady who takes the money does wear gloves but the guy who cooks does not. They NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Best place to chat . Must try samosa vada pav. You can try every item on we here but little spicy ? . Worth for money you pay
Placed the order on call & was ready in the next 5mins when I arrived. Loved their Dahi Puri! Couple who runs the place seemed polite as well.
Excellent tasting food.
Love the chat yum…. It’s far for me but still worth the drive…
After driving 50 minutes we reached here, waited for 1 hour in line while they kept taking repeat orders of the same person (probably their friend) while by this time 3 ppl in front of us left and there were 11 more ppl in line to order. When we asked them we were waiting for so long.. to our surprise he said they have kids (while my kids are sitting in the car too) and they said what can we do we are also working. Now my problem here is not the time taken by them for preparation (I totally understand their work) but for being bias or being non attentive and bad attitude after that. I am sorry never coming here again!
Good FoodBut the wait time is like 40 45 minutesNeed to work on customer service too
Nice Desi fast food truck at a gas station corner at cross of Highway 6 and Old Richmond Rd.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste after having been very disappointed with Honest restaurant at Harwin/Hillcroft.Food was tasty and reasonably spicy.Rates here were quite reasonable, $5.99 per dish. The Misal pav was good. They mention they prepare new Usal daily, I believe they do. It was fresh.Dabeli was tasty. The Pav bhaji (regular) was quite well made too. Will try the Chaat menu next time!
Excellent customer service and attitude. Authentic Mumbai style chaats.
