Terrible service from Niha, they gave the wrong order and refused to give a refund for the order. Disappointed and I will never come back here.I found the service and attention to detail very disappointing. The quality of the products and the ingredients used were not great at all and there are plenty of other stores I would recommend going to.
I’ve been a loyal customer since I was a child and I’ve been seeking the best Oreo shakes ever since I could remember. Maybe it’s nostalgic bias but I’ve yet to find and Oreo shake that tops Thirsty’s.
We were in front of people but got our drink last.. still waiting as I type.
I love Thirstys but the employees ruined it for me. Everything was fine, placed my order and once it was done I told them I ordered a water too (I said it in a nice way, not rude at all, just reminding them since I did pay for it hello) and the employee rolled her eyes and grabbed the bottle water. Like damn, is it that much of a inconvenience for you to grab some water? Anyway, love the smoothies but yall need to really look at who you are hiring.

This smoothie place is, and has always been, on the too-sweet side of things, but it was pretty good and decently priced.
