I was never expecting bad service from Cheesecake Factory server, I never received the complimentary bread and butter!! I order flat bread with only chicken and I specifically asked not to put pork or bead but guess what I received it with pork and beef. By the time we got our dinner we didn’t receive utensils neither napkins. Had to ask 4 times from 4 different propels to get utensils. I had asked server to bring a cake to surprise my wife for her birthday but they bought the check without bringing the cake! Worst experience ever! Ruined my wife Birthday dinner! Never ever I will go back to this location!!!
Now I usually give cheesecake factory 5 stars because anybody knows me knows I love this place. Well this experience was different from normal. They totally brought me out the wrong food so my family was eating for almost 30 min without me n out of no where a server drops me off a plate and it's wrong but I started eating cause I was dying of starvation lol. 3 min later my actual plate comes out n the chicken didn't look like parmesan crusted herb chicken or taste like it. The least my waiter could of did was take it off my receipt n gave it to me free but nope I still got charged for it on father's day lol. Now this experience will not stop me from going to other cheesecake factories but I expect better. Maybe they will read this reward and send me a free dinner reward for my next dining experience.
Had been craving lettuce wraps for weeks & they did not disappoint. Next time I’ll order double chicken bc I always run out.Korean cauliflower definitely a must try.The shrimp scampi & jambalaya pasta not so much.They were out of ribeye & two of my cheesecake options. But the server recommended Lemon Raspberry & it was ok but wouldn’t order again.
What happen to one of my favorite places. Staff has gotten nicer but I need you to focus on a couple of areas. If you are going to charge me almost $10.00 for a slice of cake, please give me a portion that match the price. Some of your waiters need to have a better appearance. We as customers don't want to see the dirty shirts and aprons. Food quality has gone down. Please go back to the great standard you had before covid. I love this place. Please focus on these things and I will change my review and be happy to spend my money with you. Thank you.

We waited over 1 hour for our food! then the waiter came and said our order didn't send so we had to wait 45 more minutes for it. (There was 4 of us) they brought 3 of us our food and didn't bring our daughters pizza and they said they gave it to someone else so she had to wait a few more minutes. Good food bad service.
Enjoyed a birthday dinner for my sister. The staff was fun and accurate with our food. Great atmosphere and excellent service.
Have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it but...I normally grab the turkey club, Linda's fudge cake and go. Decided to venture out. Got the jambalaya pasta, daughter got the Louisiana chicken pasta and pretzel bites. It was all bad. Daughters pasta was gummy and my dish was the worst. I gave it 1 star only because Linda's fudge cake was as good as ever. Don't think I will return. The Cheesecake Factory has truly fallen off.
Cheesecake Yum! We haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in years so we decided to give it a try. It was meh. The hostess and the wait staff was nice and friendly. The meal was just okay.
