Our favorite place to go to! The staff handled and fixed a previous situation perfectly! We now feel more than comfortable to keep coming back here to enjoy the drinks as well as the atmosphere! ??
Do not recommend this place. We went there because of reviews but the lady was extremely condescending when we asked for recommendations. The drinks were not good at all. Boba was hard and the frappe was nothing but crushed ice. Will not be going back.

As a regular customer, I was pretty disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff today. The staff is usually accommodating, but today two of the staff members were having loud, inappropriate conversation right next to me until I ending up telling them I was uncomfortable. Also, another reviewer mentioned not receiving the right change. I was given four dollars in change after using a twenty for a five dollar drink. Not sure what’s going on. Hope to see some improvement soon.Oh, remember to ask for your receipt!
I'm glad that this Hawaiian-based establishment chose the suburbs Sugar Land and saved me a trip into the city. The other location is in the Heights, but the distance is 21 miles between both locations, if you're curious.The menu is extensive and offers a variety of teas and coffee. I believe that most, if not all, are organic ingredients and brewed to order. My favorite beverage is Death Wish Latte - highly caffeinated and dubbed as world's strongest latte, is made from a combination of Arabica and Robusta beans. Other notable teas (with half sugar) are Hokkaido, Oolong, Hong Kong, and Lychee Green Tea.The interior is bright, with stools and chairs, with high speed wifi for study/work and a selection of board games to keep your guests entertained. I think the drinks are great, as long as you get what you ask for. This shop is consistent in the worst way possible. They consistently give me drinks that are not what I asked for or taste different every time. Sometimes they're really watered down, sometimes they taste great. Sometimes I ask for no ice or slight ice and I get a cup full of ice. I continue to come here despite these annoyances. Today I asked for a light ice and got a drink filled to the brim with ice.

The drink itself was watered down and I couldn't drink it at all, The boba tasted very bad and was burnt, ordered 3 drinks and it all went to waste!
Nice place, quiet. Good drinks and they have board games there too play if you like. Always a plus for me.
I loved the atmosphere, the employees, and how fast the service was. It was all very nice but the moment you walked in it smelled like someone was chain smoking inside and the drink I ordered (milk coffee with boba, what I usually get at other places) tasted just like smoke too. At first I thought it was the coffee, which I would have been fine with because it just means I need to order something different, but it wasn't just that. The smell and taste was in the boba too. I've had to brush my teeth twice to get the taste out of my mouth. I'm not sure if I want to revisit.
