Horrible service. I was in line last night and the five cars in front of me ordered and got their food and when it was my turn the lights on the order menu shut off. No one came over the speaker and said anything to me.
We tried to go to Taco Cabana after the high school band show. Yes we got there late, and they were closing in 30 minutes, but we were ordering to go so the could close. I understand the feeling when you’re almost ready to close and family walks in to your business. We had to repeat our order several times. Half the things we ordered (burritos, - “sorry, can’t make those tonight) (quesadillas, we’re out of those) were “not available”. The guy taking our order seemed confused, disinterested and obviously wanted us to leave. So we did.
Always has great food for the price. However I ordered a flauta combo because everywhere else a combo is an entree and sides. Was rushed through my order and didn't even ask if I was finished so I never got to order the tacos my kid wanted. Get home to a box of 3 measly chicken flautas a 4oz thing of queso and chips. So I'm wondering where the rest of my meal is. I call and the girl who answered (after calling 2 times) said that I should have ordered the Plate. Then said they would give me beans and rice if I drove all the way back even though "I just ordered wrong" that comment was totally unnecessary and rude. But maybe if I wasn't rushed in placing my order I would have known the difference
Went there to get the new chicken queso enchiladas that they advertise on tv . Was told they were sold outWhen I asked how did you run out. It's only a cheese sauce you put on the enchiladas.I was told its cooked when they have a cook. Why advertise something when you don't have it. And why don't you have a cook ???
Totally unorganized, went to pick up dinner one night and wasn't to happy with how they handled our order. Then we park and wait for said order to not receive most of it. FYI if u order the large queso u have to add the chips otherwise it's just a large container of cheese.
TC breakfast tacos are amazing. I used the app to order ahead so I could just drop in and pick them up. The process was super simple, and the order was spot on. The staff was polite and courteous even though it was early, and they were clearly busy. Great experience, and was very pleased with the experience.
The nacho was great had everything on it except the chicken. This place need to make learn how to make a chicken nacho. They will give you a lot of beans and a lot of cheese but no chicken.
Ordered shredded taco plate in drive thru. Got taquitos. Drove the 13 miles back to get what I wanted ... and somehow ended up with a fajita taco plate. Turned back to the restaurant and deposited my 2nd wrong order on the counter and left. Total waste of time and money.
Plate is missing my refried beans. Crappy meal. I ordered ranchero plate and I got potatoes, potatoes and potatoes and then eggs. Where the hell are my refried beans.
Came thru The drive thru during night shift food was good and staff was friendly. Definitely will return.
