At night the people wont even take the orders if you call them they will play horrifying sounds from youtube and in drive thru they wont answer just so they wont have to make it specially the black guy I’ve been going there for while now only because it’s near to me and whatever you ask for they will just say no they dont have it like duh you dont you have to make it so they’d just say no and i waited at drive thru for good 15 mins for them to take my order?? seriously this location should change management or close permanently and also as you come to drive thru they will all hide so we’d think they close
I went to this location and the worker who was on the headset was very rude . She asked us what we wanted and when we started to order she rudely said they didn’t have an item then we started ordering something else and she yelled at us to stop ordering so she can ring it up then proceeded to make us wait for minutes without saying anything. I ended up not even getting my food because of the horrible customer service that was displayed from the moment we drove into the drive thru. I wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here as someone who works in customer service , I am truly disappointed.
I've visited this establishment twice so far, I will not be returning. Both times I visited, the food I ordered was burnt(both times).They over pressed it causing it to be burnt. I also ordered the nacho fries, by the way which I love ? However this establishment caused me to not want to eat it anymore. How do you serve "COLD" fries with Hot cheese ??♀️ This let me know that they're only interested in getting a sale. Which is sad. Smh........... Whatever happened to customer service? ? If you enjoy burnt food as a meal, this is the place for you.
Worst service.. waited 15 mins for some one to take order at drive thru and waited extra 20 mins after paying..and on top of it we had to go inside to remind of the drive thru order! Many cars went past the drive thru as nobody was responding at the microphone to receive order..unfortunately we paid and were told the order couldn’t be cancelled! And again this was at 7:30 in evening. Final twist was we got the chalupas and found at home that they were not even fresh and had to throw them away. horrible service and never going again !!
I eat from three different TacoBell locations, for one reason after another this location have always disappointed me. The spread of toppings is always uneven, you will have lettuce at the top, meat at the bottom, and mess inside. When you ask for sauce, they give you literally ONE sauce. The reason for 3 star because the food always comes out warm, but tasteless
Horrible horrible horrible service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The drive thru cashier had the worst attitude imaginable and was impatient over taking our order. We respectfully asked for 2 mins for our drive thru order, several times (with no one behind us), yet the cashier was being rude, pushy, and edgy unnecessarily. She brought up how she’s working on a “timer” and said she’d call the cops on us for not giving her order since we were “ignoring” her. If there was an option for a 0-star review, I’d give it in a heartbeat. Never ever consider driving to this place, unless you’re up for bad service from a cashier that’s impatient and completely illiterate.
We went through the drive thru and asked them to give us a minute so we can decide our order. The employee said “you’ve been waiting for 2 minutes so what do you want” in a very rude manner. And there was NO ONE behind us because it was late at night. We asked if there was a problem and she said “yes” and started arguing back and forth saying I’m running on the clock, we’re not gonna serve you blah blah blah. So we asked to see the manager and she said “I am the manager”. Kept arguing for a bit and we decided to just leave. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This place needs new staff.
I love Taco Bell but THIS ONE is awful.. I keep thinking “it’s just this one time” but after being on the area for 5 years, it’s not just this once. It’s always. I’ve been in the drive through for 14 minutes with ONE car in front of me. It always TAKEs FOREVER!!
Completely missed part of our order and the crunchwrap Supreme was basically just two crispy shells with lettuce, no meat or anything.
This cashier has a bad attitude it seems like she is mad that she took the job. At the time I was there they did not have nachos. A customer asked for them a second time and her response was. LOOK I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE DON'T HAVE ANY NACHOS.
