Employees seems nice but that alone is not enough to be good. Have had 2 bad experiences ( out of 4 times) so it's 50% bad. Hence thought of adding a review. First time I got a status that sandwich is ready for pick up but when i went there I was made wait for 10 minutes since they were busy serving others and then told me that they ran out of bread. And this time it was ready but it was not what I ordered. I found out after I went home and had to go back to get the right one. Spent 40 minutes doing all these :( These mistakes can be avoided. Hope they improve.
I live just down the street and I want to go here so bad but there is just too much wrong with this establishment. I will be surprised if they exist a year from now after all the work in the adjacent neighborhoods are complete. They close at random times well before hours. If you do come in late they will tell you they have no bread. They will scrape you out the bottom of the lettuce before just opening a new one. One or two of the people that work regularly do not have the best curtesy. This place is just super strange all the way around. I told my wife today I am not longer going here no matter how convenient it is. This place is just horrible whether they have the ingredients, if they are open, or if the person talking to you actually conveys what you are asking for. Usually there is always 1-2 of those three missing which honestly is just weird for a subway. I really wanted this place to work since I live less than a mile a way.Honestly I don't think the guy even changed his gloves today. He just looked at me like I was the problem. Ok I am truly done.
Just like all the other reviews say, it's just awful. 1-2 pieces of any ingredient you ask for, asked for a little bit of mayo and watched them unscrew the top and plop down THIS much, then smear it into the sandwich so I can't even easily remove it, see image.
Worst experience at a subway ever. The guy who was making our sandwiches was extremely rude. My mother asked for extra peppers and he began yelling at us take it or leave 3 times. We did not buy the sandwiches but never in my life have I experienced such rudeness at a subway. Subway advertises have it your way! Management really needs to do something about this. I asked for the owners and and the employees name. The employee would not give me either names or a contact for management! I would highly recommend not going to this subway. I a have never experienced a employee yelling at the clients and wanting to loose business. Subway really needs to do something about this guy!
I ordered online and did a pickup. The guy working here was really rude. I have been to many subways and never experienced anything like this. I would never go back to this location. First I asked that I want the sauce on the side and not on the sandwich as I was going to eat it later and did not want it to get soggy. He said they aren’t allowed to do that. I have never heard that they can’t put extra veggies or sauce or give it on the side. The workers have too much attitude and are simply lazy. The management needs to know who they are hiring. I had put strict instructions on how I wanted my sandwich. When I received the sandwich, it was lacking a lot of veggies and felt like I was eating bread.
There is a serious safety for customers issue at this store that several customers were victims of today. All three of the workers preparing sandwiches today were accosting customers in an extremely threatening manner. I've never seen this before in a restaurant. It's imperative that management look at surveillance video to see what happened. As far as what happened to me, the first who was a woman became verbally abusive when I asked her to change her gloves, she passed over a roll without meat on it when I asked for turkey. When I asked her to put meat she initially refused. A customer before me was being accosted by another male employee about her coupon and when she asked to speak to a manager he told her they don't have a manager. Another customer was yelled at by another man for asking for a vegetable to be put on her sandwich. I've never seen a scene like this at any restaurant in my life and on top of the from all the employees at the same time in such a threatening manner. I seriously think there will be a physical confrontation with a customer if this continues. This location is a threat to public safety if these employees are not dealt with. One customer, my neighbor was taking a video and said he will be posting on YouTube with the stores location.
This is literally the worst Subway location I have ever seen in my life. And I've been to Subway locations everywhere from Compton to podunk downs in Georgia. Nothing was ever this bad. The franchise owner clearly has absolutely no clue what kind of people they have hired and how they are literally abusive to their customers. Fire them or you're going to go under. It's that simple. And rather than posting hilariously fake 5 star reviews, get your act together and give customers what they pay for. Otherwise, vacate the space so another business can serve the community.
Please learn how to make a sandwich if you are going to work at a sandwich shop.The employee told me today, after eating at subway for 20+ years, that i wasn't allowed to ask for more veggies on my sandwich, what i get is what i get. There was barely any veggies on there when I asked for more onions and bellpepper. Also, he didn't spread out the tuna either. When he got to the mayo, he literally squirted it on half the sandwich. I'm not ever coming back to this location again. I was allowed to have 1 piece on bell pepper. My meal, that I paid for, was terrible because some guy didn't care enough to do his job correctly.
