I went in yesterday and there was a guy working there he had no uniform and he made my sandwich I told him I wanted to make it a meal. But he charged me incorrectly and when then the other worker came to help me. And I would have still been there right if I didn't leave she didn't know how to refund me or just give me the drink. I've never had a problem before but the level of confusion on her face mad me nervous.
If I could give the Hispanic employee a zero star I would, I come to this location often and have never had someone been so rude after being told that our sandwich would get cold since he had the person behind us skip us and then Trying to have next two people that had walked right in after skip us and at that point we had no choice but ask for a new sandwich since my chicken sandwich had been seating so long and didn’t even show sign of steam coming from it when I had ask double toasted for a reason but all he had to say was if you don’t like it leave which was very unprofessional. Should consider hiring better staff such a shame.
Ive attempted to come to this location twice and both tines they were closed before the times posted online. The first time a girl was in there with the door locked and just waved me off and this time a guy talking on the phone walked up and literally locked the door as he saw me getting out of my vehicle (so rude). Please note that both times it was over an hour before the posted close time online and on the door.
I came to eat here today, and the food was good. So i did the survey and the lady at the front didnt want to give me my cookies. She claimed i had to purchase something else even though i had already purchased two footlongs. So this other customer was at the counter wanting to buy a drink and she offered to redeem my cookies and the cashier ignored her request. We had to tell her multiple times to give us the cookies and this made me want to retract my “Highly Satisfied” survey.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an online order and when I went to go pick it up there was a note on the door stating they were closed due to ovens not working. I called and spoke with a man working there who said that only the manager could issue refunds and they would refund by noon the next day. No problem. After 2 days and still no refund I called and spoke with Maria, the manager, who told me she was too busy and hung up on me. I went into the location to try to get this fixed and Maria proceeded to talk badly about me in spanish (she assumed I don't speak spanish, she was wrong...). I told her I speak Spanish and only then did she try to get her supervisor on the phone, took my name and phone number. Still no refund!!!

Went there tonight on July 2nd at 8:50pm the door was locked so I knocked because they close at 9:00pmShe said oh we close doors at 8:50 so we can clean and leave.Well don’t write on the door that you’re closing at 9. Write 8:50. I even told her that I literally rushed there so I get there on time but she didn’t care at all.
It was good, but they had run out of all the bread except white. I arrived late in the day, around 6:30, but they had already cleared most of vegetables away. I thought they were open later, maybe earlier due to COVID. It was a good sandwich.
Gentlemen there were polite and patient even though it was busy should give them a raise or hire more help
