The worst experience ever at any Subway.I ordered 2 ham foot longs order ahead.When we arrived online promise for 4:55pm it wasn’t ready.The customers that came in after me order being fixed I’m still waiting.Yes, my child checked her food before pulling off.Due to allergies I make it priority to ensure her food is correct.There wasn’t any meat nor cheese on her sandwich.I personally took it back in to address the situation to Brittany she is telling me she wasn’t the one whom made it. Not one time I received a apology about the inconvenience until I stated it to her.She responded with I was not speaking in a manner for her to understand.It is very embarrassing how she was approaching me especially your staff was in the wrong “really no meat and cheese” on a sandwich.When I got home to find my sandwich had ALL vegetables nor ham nor cheese too. I hope this is addressed to upper management it’s really not this hard maybe a tutorial would help.
Good location.Not 5 stars bcoz - Sometimes they run out of particular breads and close the place sooner than advertised, when asked, was told that they need to clean up. If so, they should change the timing, so that ours is not wated either.

Took my son to get a sub. Lady serving us was great, she was very accommodating and let my son know what all his options were. Kids love options. I wish I'd gotten her name, we went on 2/9/2022 in the evening. Thank you!
Convenient location very close to 59 and on University Blvd. They got what we wanted but gave us the wrong order while picking up. Enjoyed my conversation with the high school kids but tried calling back and no one answered the phone.Called like 10 times and on next day as well. Don't publish a phone if you are not going to answer

They’re usually good, but there’s been twice now when I ask for “a tiny bit of dressing” and my sandwich is completely drenched and ruined.
