Worst customer service, I ordered tuna salad online, and they didn't have tuna but they had me go all the way there to tell me that they did not have my order ready and cannot give me my refund!!!! So no food and no refund until their manager show up the next day and have their customers come back and deal with this nonsense to get their money back. What a torture?? And they were extremely rude about it. I will never shop at this location and I really doubt ordering at subway anymore since they don't even have a customer service phone number. This location needs a better manager. Very disappointing.
This subway is awful, online it says that they open at 9am. I drive up to the store and see the open light on and try to walk in at 9:02. As soon as I open the door, the lady working tells me that they are not open yet. So I’m assuming 9am is the time they come in to start making the bread and not actually open the store. I had to drive to another subway that was actually open. This was the 3rd and final time I had given this store a chance. The first time I had gone to this location, it was at 10am and they only had Italian bread and they where out of most vegetables and meats. I ordered my sandwich and when I got home I realized the bread was not even cooked all the way. 2nd time I went, same thing they where out of most bread, some vegetables, but they finally had meats. I tried to order a steak and cheese and they told me that they did not have enough to make a foot long and they where out for the day so I changed my order. Afterwards another gentleman walks in and asks a different older lady that he wanted a foot long steak and cheese but he wanted fresh steak. The older lady turns and walks to the back and bring out more steak, so I was lied to. If you are ever in the mood for subway, just drive past this one and head to the next one, the other subways are not far from each other, plus the other ones actually have bread and are fully stocked.
The young lady who made my sandwich was friendly and quick.
Subway has the worst, the most suckiest, a completely failure online ordering system. This is my second time when they submitted my online order, but didn't send any confirmation in the email or text or on their website on the ordering page like all the other restaurants do. But they charged my bank for $44.35. And on top of that, their employees, and the franchise manager/supervisor are completely unaware of these orders and how to provide help to the customers in these situations. They don't even know the Corporate's contact info under whom they are working. Or, maybe this problem only exists in this location which is 11549 S Texas 6, Sugar Land, TX 77479. They even have the wrong zip code mentioned on Google and on their online ordering system for this location. The correct zip code is 77498. I'm so disappointed in this location!
Went to this subway because it says they close at 11 online and as well as on the door at the establishment, however before I could even make it to the door the two workers on the inside were flagging me away. It’s only 9:45 if they close earlier I think they should at least update the sign on the door.
I stopped by for lunch because I was in the area. The service was quick and easy. It was not busy. This location clean and it’s in a shopping strip so it’s on the smaller size.
New ream worker and manger lady not good ,they make not good subway,other locations much good .
Aitana was really rude. I got into the shop she didn’t blink then asked if I was ready. And I asked for an Italian bread, she brought out a miserable cut and I asked for a new cut and she rudely said NO and asked if I wanted it or not. I said No and she didn’t blink but walked to the next customer. It’s my money and I will buy what I feel is good enough. Very RUDE Attitude.
Ordered carside, waited 30 minutes, phone was never picked up, eventually had to get up to get my order, food was cold. Terrible.
Best place on earth. The employees stop taking orders at 10.30 pm. They supposed to close at 11. 00 pm. I love it. Its so awesome.
