The worst Subway! Mexican manager is never in a good mood! I have been here numerous of times and she is always so rude! I’ve even been here on an occasion where she was literally arguing with the Mexican boy about needing to be quicker while serving people in the line and he was throwing things, slamming the bread door, using vulgar language. Only reason I come here is because it’s the closest location to my job, but I will no longer be coming here! She doesn’t make the sandwiches right anyways. She piles all the vegetables in the middle and closes the sandwich and everything falls out when you unwrap it. 0 stars. 0 customer service skills. Trash location. The owner should be ashamed still having her as an employee, I’m sure she’s gotten plenty of complaints made against her!
I am fan #1 of Subways, so I visit different locations every time I get the chance. This is a very nice and clean place!!Friendly and polite staff. Definitely coming again when around for Dr appointments.(which is very frequently by the way ?)
Came to this place and the lights were off during the day and the only person inside tells me they are close when the sign clearly says open as well as the hours of operation being open till 9pm, talk about ripping off the owner/company
Doors locked with staff just staring at me at 2pm on a Saturday.
This is the WORST Subway in Sugar Land! If I could rate this with no stars I would! I ordered online and because of a glitch in the website my sandwich was made wrong. When I went to pick up my order they REFUSED to remake my sandwich... even though they weren't busy!! The manager literally told me that I ordered it wrong and so they couldn't do anything about it! Seriously?? Even if it was my fault (which it wasn't) they should have remade my sandwich!! I will NEVER go back to this subway! They were so rude to me! Worst customer service EVER!!
I placed an online order at 10:45 am with plans to pick it up at 11:50 am. I completed the order, and as soon as I received the confirmation, I realized that the pick up time was wrong. It showed a pick up time for 11:05. I immediately called the Subway location to correct the error. I called 5 times and let the phone ring for almost 10 minutes total. No one answered. I replied to the confirmation email with the correct time as well and got no reply. When I arrived at the store, my “toasted “ sandwiches, including a steak and cheese, had been sitting on the counter for over 45 minutes. When I explained what happened and how many times I called, the manager Martina said they do not have a phone. Really? When I asked for fresh sandwiches, she said the ones made at 11:00 were fresh, even though it was almost noon. I asked for a refund, and she rudely refused, blaming me for the error. Apparently, at this Subway location, Martina is always right, and the customer and food quality do not matter. As I was typing this review, the GM responded to my complaint with an apology for his staff. That’s it! Just an simple sorry. Nice gesture but not enough. Our lunch was not up to expectations, and I’m the only one at a loss. Martina will continue to treat customers any way she chooses. Do not visit the Subway location in Sugar Land on 59 and Sweetwater. The level of customer service is ridiculously low.
The employee is VERY disrespectful not coming back here!

Gave me very little tuna, the least possible while still being considered “4 scoops.” Homeboy made sure NOTHING went over the top of that scooper. Absolutely flat. If you’re looking for a subway that’s a little more generous, do not go here. There are plenty of others that give “better scoops.” I can’t stand stingy places like this.
Does not accept coupons (not a participating location). Sandwiches were made as ordered. Location at SW Freeway @ Sugar Creek Blvd.
