This location is so busy. Pack your patience. But there is a blonde lady working there who is so friendly. I wish i knew her name.Order ahead in the app so you don't have to wait.
I don’t know what is up with Rebecca in the drive-through, but she was the rudest person I’ve ever had the unfortunate miss pleasure of having somebody take my order and then hand my order and she looked like she was not happy with her job and should be fired. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks and I can’t even remember when.
I never thought a Starbucks would have poor customer service. They have you waiting for your online order for 10 to 15 mins before someone even acknowledges you. Supposedly one of the girls was the manager, but it don't seem like it. She went on talking about me because of a mistake she made. I asked her what were you saying back there because I was curious. Curious of why would Starbucks employees have this kind of service. If I could I would go to another Starbucks, but I work in the same complex. It is more convenient for me and I just love the drinks. I think I would discontinue coming here if it's going to continue like this.
I usually like this place, but lately they make online orders and just leave them on a tray out of reach without checking if anyone is there to pick it up. Simple drip coffee for pickup can now take 10-15mins unless you interrupt someone and ask them to pass it over from the trey.
Very clean place. Never had issues till today. Always friendly staff. But today I went to get FRESH cake pops. The staff member in the drive thru tried giving me cake pops out of a basket that’s been out all morning in the sun and cold. Due to a Valentine special. The worker made an excuse that the cakes where fresh. But I did not trust food that’s been sitting outside since morning. They could have at least put the basket inside to keep the food fresh.
Zack is a wonderful worker. They were crazy busy but he was working quickly and efficiently and keeping cool.He was polite and professional.Thanks for a great experience.
I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I do I prefer going to sweet water. Majority of the baristas recognize me and greet me. How ever my favorite barista is Nikki. she makes the perfect caramel macchiato and I never have to wait long. Whenever I do she’s a great conversationalist and always seems to be helping customers as well the people on the floor
Have been here a few times, haven’t been pleased with the experience every time so I will stop going to this location. Todays barista said she isn’t usually at bar and you can tell. My drinks had milk running down all in the side of 2 out of three. When I ordered my order and received my order it wasn’t the right thing.
I received the highest level of customer service from “Annika” (asst. manager). My complicated drink ? order was made accurate and turned around was really very fast. I’d give 10 Stars but it allows me only upto five ?.
