I’ve been going to this Starbucks for two years. At first staff was friendly, welcoming and warming. Since the new staff arrived I must say I’m disappointed in the customer service. I normally go at 5:30am or 6am weekdays I must say staff were not what I was accustomed to. Tall female staff with braids, and another young male with curly hair. No greeting and they have a passively rude way of talking to customers. I must say I miss the old staff from 2021/2020.
Really nice location with a good amount of space and outdoor seating. The staff were kind and knew what they were doing while serving a busy dining space and drive through window.
I have given the location on Trammel it’s last chance. 4 wrong drinks is MORE than enough. This location is simply PERFECTION! Great service, quick drive through and my drink is always top tier!! Always looks amazing and tastes better every time!
I ordered white chocolate mocha frappe and there was two curly, nasty small hairs in it, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all never ever go their again
Terrible service. Walked in to get a cup of black coffee, so just fill a cup. Waited and waited while I watched one person making drinks, one person at the drive up window and one texting somebody. Finally gave up and walked out
They never have the “ingredients” for my drink. This has been happening for the past three times in a row which is ridiculous. My order or drink is not complicated, it’s the iced chocolate shaken espresso. I also ordered a mocha cookie crumble, oh wait they don’t have the ingredients for it either.
new girl myrical has a lot to learn before she should be at the drive thru window again. she didn't greet me in any way, just told me to wait then said "what do you want". had difficulty understanding a basic espresso order and didn't give me my total, just told me to go to the window. then said my total was $2 higher than it should be. i order this exact drink routinely at starbucks across the city and it's never over $5, definitely not $6.85. she said nothing at the window besides what the total was, didn't say anything as i waited for the drink, and didn't say anything when giving me my drink or when leaving. neither inside nor drive thru was busy, she just isn't good at customer service. i usually enjoy my experience at this starbucks but clearly there is a lack in customer service and menu training
This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to globally. First and foremost the in store experience took a total of 28 minutes. When we first got to the store and got in line the person at the register asked us to wait and started handling mobile orders for food. 5 minutes later she asked us our order which was a venti iced coffee, Irish cream iced coffee, banana bread (room temperature) and 2 cake pops. The drinks took 10 minutes to make and the barista made the Irish cream one wrong not adding foam. Then we waited another 10 minutes and the food was not given to us. The person at the register just forgot and when I asked her where it was she said let me get it. There was no apology or anything for having us wait for that long to put three items in a bag.Now let’s talk about efficiency. There was one person at the register, two at the drive through window, 2 at the bar and 1 making fraps or cold drinks. There should have been 1 person as a runner who was filling food orders and getting supplies. The mobile orders were queued up to over 15 drinks on the counter while the in-store and drive through customers were forced to wait.Somebody really needs to do a workflow optimization assessment of this store. Do not go here unless you want to experience no respect for your time and poorly made drinks. There are 3 others within a mile which will definitely be a superior customer experience.
Coffee is good but cashier needs to not ignore my phone in front of his face to be scanned and pretend he never saw it because he already charged my gift card. If you're oblivious at work, at least acknowledge it and give me my stupid overpriced drink points. I'll drive out of my way next time just to buy their drink at another Starbucks. Trains your staff better.
Everytime I go here they either don't have honey or syrup. Ordered a expresso Frappuccino, with sweetner syrup and they just put strong coffee with too much chocolate syrup. Tasted really bitter. Ordered a caramel crunch Frappuccino and it was full of whip cream in the bottom maybe three slumps on ice coffee and on top whip cream again. ?
