I went to the Starbucks to do Uber eats delivery. The guy outside at 6 am said you have to go inside and pick it up even though I told him I’m not comfortable while having my mask! My app says I can do inside or drive thru! When I pull up to the window. Some rude cashier or “manager” said you have to come in without me saying a word. Worse location ever and definitely bad customer service
Ordered a Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. Received what seemed to be half of half of a half of cookies crumbles. The person looked at me like I was crazy to ask for more cookies which is a major part of the drink. Very disappointed. After pulling away my daughter had a sip of her drink to only be more disappointed in that the drink was not sweet at all.
the drinks were not filled completely, I ordered two drinks exactly the same and they gave me two different drinks, I do not recommend this location,
I went into the Starbucks to drink some coffee and work on my laptop, but the environment there is completely obnoxious. With all the slamming and clashing of metal pans my client couldn’t hear a word I’m saying through my AirPods Pro. The manager was just as loud and noisy yelling at the workers, I couldn’t stay more than 10 mins there.I moved to another coffee shop across the street just so I can talk on the phone. Ridiculous….
Major inconvenience as drive through causes traffic to line up on wrong side making it impossible and dangerous for strip center customers. Starbucks needs to be more responsible to what they are causing.
Drive thru was extremely busy, but it went semi fast. Coffees ☕️ were really good!

this is the best starbucks location near me! the service is super fast and the staff is so friendly! they will fix anything right away if they get our order wrong. the drive thru service is great as well, you place your order and you get it as soon as you arrive at the pickup window! love everything about this starbucks!
Tried to use my free drinks perk, was told I could only use one per transaction. Agreed, however the barista used the reward on the least expensive drink, which I have never had happen, it has always automatically applied to the most expensive drink. Barista was not helpful and basically said there was nothing she could do. What is the point of having the credit card and getting the perks if you cannnot use them, or if they are applied incorrectly? Very disappointed in this Starbucks, have never had an issue at others. Also asked (very nicely) if they could write “Taylors Version” on the cup, which they did not do. I went at a non-busy time and I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but it was something that I really wanted and specified.
The service was good but the Frappuccino caramel taste more water than coffee and caramel, in fact, I couldn't have the chance to taste them. waste my $6 to drink just water!
