It took over 20 minutes to get my drinkThe girl making them had to apologize and ask again what my order was. Then, no straws. I was really hoping for a better grand opening. Disappointed
Family of four went in Starbucks at Kroger before noon; waited 10+minutes for the old lady to take our order (We’re the only customers at that time); she didn’t even bother to tell us whether she needs a moment or just simply ignoring us. We walked out and go to another location at hwy90. Worst Starbucks customer service experience at this location.

Sarah is rude. I do t think she likes Hispanics. She’ll deliberately keep you waiting and never acknowledges you, avoiding eye contact at all times. Zero manners and just plain arrogant.
I like getting the strawberry Frappuccino with extra caramel but I didn’t get extra caramel and I didn't like the taste. Other Starbucks makes the strawberry Frappuccino better.

Would give no stars if I could. After waiting for the person working to finish their personal phone call was told that they were closed when the sign says they were open for another hour. Then after turning to leave she goes to make drinks for people that walked in as I was leaving. Will not be coming back.
