I love that specific location and I love and appreciate the staff. I always get my coffee in my personal cup minimum once a day. Today I was in a rush, I grabbed my cup and forgot the lid. I didn't expect it would be an issue. That lady with a very judging tone when I asked for one, she said, "you don't have your lid!" She gave me one that doesn't go with my cup. I asked for the other one, she said that's all what she has for me. It's 10:30 am and she's out of lids already? Or she's punishing me of not having my own lid. I was very disappointed and just threw it. Very unhappy with my experience today. Hopefully she changes her attitude. She's not paying from her own pocket to treat me that way. Unfortunately, I threw the lid before taking a picture of it.
Horrible. So unorganized. Employees look you in the face and don’t acknowledge you. One lady tried to give my order to another woman. Didn’t even look at the name on the bag. My drink was disgusting. Never going back to this location.
We visit daily but they've literally been out of stuff every single day for the past few weeks. Good thing they have excellent service... Actually the best out of any of the surrounding locations.
The coffee was hot and despite what people complain about, the price of drip coffee is roughly the same as most places. Except gas stations. Which I'm not hating on.
My go to Starbucks location. Great service. Clarisa is an amazing employee. Extremely kind and polite.
Usually don't complain about Starbucks but this one sucked didn't get my drinks right and very slow service
Usually enjoy this location during the daytime but everytime we go at night the order is never correct and the drinks are horrible. Management definitely needs to step in and do something about the night crew.
Came in for a coffee. It was stale and barely warm. I have been coming here for many years. But in general I have noticed here and elsewhere during later part of morning they serve stale coffee. Should have just gone home and had my nespresso.
10/9/21 I had 2 issues with this location. Arrived at 631pm and had 15 mins to get my order before I had to leave to be some where. I was in line for 7 mins with 5 cars in front of me when I pulled out and left b/c I had not even moved 1 car length. On my way home I stopped again. It was 838pm and they close at 9pm but they were already closed. I was not happy. Don't know what the issue is here but it is hit or miss and yesterday was a double miss.
Everytime I come to this Starbucks for curbside order, they take forever. When they brought me my drink, I asked for a straw and the girl got upset and had an attitude saying “give me a min!” Another time I waited for my drink and they never came to curbside. I went in and they said, oh we aren’t doing curbside right now. I proceeded to tell them that it allowed me to order on the app so they should update it. They said they don’t know. The third time, another lady kept forgetting my straw or my food I ordered with my drink, so I had to go inside to get it myself. This has happened to me at least 3 times.
