Wow, I was certainly shocked when I saw the price on my small Caramel Machiato; I buy this coffee almost everyday at other locations and pay $5.68 for a venti. At this location, I paid $6.00 for a small size!! Ridiculous, not recommending it at all.
Dont accept $100 bill. Is it not money? If u open for business please have change ready. The day before i came and saw a sign saying be back at 12pm. It was 12:20pm and nobody was there. About 7 people came and left. The old lady working there is very unfriendly.
I actually didn’t like the pickup experience of walking in i didn’t even get greeted.. but whatever
I was going inside to dine in and get myself some coffee, I saw that it was supposed to close at 9 but when I arrived it was 7:56 we were in line and the lady there just quickly said the coffee shop was closed???? It wasn’t even near the time of closing

Went today 10/17/21 2:10pm and the 2 ladies working definitely did not look like they wanted to be there . When I walked up to the register the lady did not greet me “not a hello or nothing” she just stared at me . ..ok fine whatever ,maybe she’s having a bad day. I sit down and wait for my drink to be made but the lady who was making the drink never called my name to tell me it was done .What’s the use of asking for my name ???The only reason I got up to check is because I seen a drink sitting there on the counter and I had to ask who the drink was for .I’m not saying service is like this all the time here but today was just WOW!
