Ordered at 5:57, got my food at 6:24, took about 30 minutes, which is already pretty frustrating. I ordered 2 Sour Patch Kids Slushs, a Redbull Slush, Strawberry Lemonade Slush, and other food. When my order came out, the lady said, "Sorry, it's kinda... messy." It was VERY messy and she didnt have any napkins. The Redbull Slush and Strawberry Lemonade Slush was very hard to distinguish, so I asked the waitress and she didn't know which was which either. She proceeded to smell the drinks and shake them, I also tried to taste them because I didn't want my child to drink Redbull, yet I couldn't distinguish them, the Redbull Slush does really taste like redbull. It toke her awhile to finally offer to swap the drinks out, but one tasted more like lemonade, so I just left with them. The Sour Patch Kids Slushs and Strawberry Lemonade were all very potent with sugar and flavoring. I've also had some horrible experiences in the past. This Sonic will definitely not be getting any more business from me.
If you have the option to go elsewhere, do so! For starters one of the managers is rude. The staff is argumentative and confrontational. I have never seen anyone get upset about getting someone else’s order wrong. As far as employment do not pick this location the stress you are under is not worth the chump change. And the screaming through the headset at customers really needs to be addressed. If zero stars was offered that would’ve been my selection
I knew when I drove into this Sonic, I was making a wrong decision but it's conveniently located and I didn't have time to drive around. This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever patronized. Several times they've gotten my order wrong. The only reason I had continued going is because my daughter likes their pretzels. Well, today was the last time this Sonic will get my money. I was there literally 45 mins or more after I ordered my food. I went during my lunch break which is 30 mins. I had already paid so I couldn't leave and requesting a refund would have taken longer that waiting for the food so I stayed and waited...and waited. They bring the food and guess what? Order was WRONG, as usual. Waited another 15-20 mins for someone to let them know and for them to bring the correct order. By this time, I'm late for my work meeting. Get the food, it was sloppily prepared and just overall nasty. No care is taken in the preparation of the food. They just threw the food together. I ended up throwing my burger in the trash. Never again.
It's hard to give 5 stars. The food is great but the amount of time it takes to get thru the drive thruis ridiculous. Most of the time my order isn't right. However your asst. Manager Christina always makes my day. She is great with people and by the time I'm done talking with her she has made me forget whatever issue there happen to be. Thank You Christina ?
The food was hot and fresh and the young woman who was working the drive thru (by herself with only one cook might I add) was very courteous and helpful. She made some suggestions from their menu for my daughter who is a picky eater. I felt very welcome and will definitely make this one of my families regular places to grab a quick week night meal! Shout out to Christina. You the real MVP!!
I was in the drive thru over 45 minutes and they got my order wrong but the young lady at the drive thru window was so friendly and apologetic I still have to give them 2 stars just for her.
I went through the Drive-Thru today and witnessed the head manager constantly wiping her nose all while handling drinks & food. I was grossed out & when I ask the cashier Stephanie to let her know I wanted to speak with her & asked her name, She said Tracy. The cashier came back to the window and said "she said she doesn't have time she'll talk to you later" but didn't even bother asking for my contact info. Be ware of the unsanitary practice & lack of concern at this location. I've reach outed to Corporate as well.
Manager, Jessie?, was rude and refused my order because I asked too many questions (I am hard of hearing). Jesse called cops but they said there was a communications problem. I spend too much money with them to be treated that way. I am no criminal. Will spend my money at Burger King or somewhere else if Sonic let's a manager abuse a customer so badly
This location has horrible service every single time, weekday and weekends. You will wait 30 minutes for your order guaranteed. It's on my blacklist.Update 1/17/22: Still have bad service at this location. This time there was a hair in my mozzarella sticks.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and halfway through eating the sandwich I discovered the chicken was still raw in the middle. I took a photo because I'm pretty sure it shouldn't look like that and then threw it out. Nothing has happened to me so far but this kind of stuff usually takes 24 hours so I might file a complaint if something does happen to me.
