I live close to this Sonic and gave it so many chances over the years. However, I have finally decided to stop going forever. Last Sunday, I waited over 30 minutes for my food (which I ordered on the app several minutes before I arrived). When I received my food, the order was wrong and was cooked so horribly that most of it was inedible. I don't think the problems are from the carhops. They always apologize for the poorly cooked food and long wait times. It has just gotten too frustrating for me.
Using the app makes it super easy so I can order and basically pick it up when I get there or have it ready when I get there, pretty much they always do a good job and I like the different deals that you can get. Also if you have the app you get happy hour drinks pretty much all the time, meaning drinks are basically always half off ?
I went for lunch on Thursday the 5 of May 2022. There isn't one close to me but I really wanted a sweet tea with peach slush. I wasn't real hungry but I ordered the foot long coney and fries to go with the Route 44 sweet tea with peach slush. Once again, I drove a distance on my lunch break to get it. I love there slashes. When I got my ordered, the drink was a medium but I ordered a Route 44. So I told the car hop and she took it back. She brought me a Route 44. Because I was on lunch and had already spent time getting there and having to wait for the correction on the drink. I tipped the car hop and drove off. Everyone know the fries are never hot so I started on eat them while driving, which made me thirsty. I grabbed my drink and took a swig. Wow. It was a regular drink. Not the slushy I drove all the way over there for. You talk about highly disappointed. I didn't have time to go back so I was just stuck with something I didn't want. I give 3 stars because the coney was good and the car hop had a good attitude, although the attention to detail was missing.
Was very disappointed with the hamburgers.They are getting too small.And very expensive not going back
First of all I'd like to say that the CarHop girls are polite and professional. With that being said. All in all Sonic is gone downhill. The burger I ordered tastes like it was straight out of the refrigerator. Meat was dry and chewy. I might as well have been eating the sole of my boot. I've noticed Sonic gradually deteriorating. I think this will be my last visit at any Sonic branch.
I'm glad I did not look at the reviews before coming here I may have never came. I have been coming here every week or twice a week for the past month and it has been great every visit. There are some Sonics that I avoid like the plague after learning my lesson but this one is hot and fast each time and made right. It does not have the half price burgers on Tuesday , probably because it's a franchise, but what difference does it make when I went to the sonic close to my job (it had bad reviews) for half price burgers and they made them wrong.
It's a fast food joint so you know what your getting...the ice cream and drink selection is better than other fast food though
This location is the best I have experienced in a long time. Jose was kind and accommodating. There were only 2 employees working and filled our big order for a family of 6 in no time. The food was delicious and eye appealing. It tasted air fried and not greasy. The employees here deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you!
During the day, it's a great stop. Anytime after 9, I avoid this location because they take so long to make the food and they'll get it wrong.
Never have I ever received a burnt nasty hot dog from sonic..... Ew... its burnt on the side and not even cooked how disgusting... who sent this out to me your going to regret it.. it's called karma... enjoy
