My advice for some people that go to any Smoothie King local areas 1st try to call them in person to find out if they are open sometimes they are close for some other type of reasons so I so I cannot say nothing much about smoothie kis Smoothie King application The only thing I could say is Smoothie King of it's Smoothie King also needs to fix some of the stuff on their system if the employees are not coming in to work or the store is close for any purposes Or if it has to do something about the system that is giving some sort of errors If any Smoothie King local areas are not doing your stuff correctly they might be new on the job it's OK if anybody will make mistakes not on purpose.??
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my smoothie on the app on 11/26.. drive up and the store is closed.. I check my credit card a week later and was still charged for that smoothie I didn’t receive. Call the store & was told because it was a week later they can’t refund me. What company takes your money, isn’t open then refuses to refund.
One of the worst smoothie kings I’ve been to, the workers there are ridiculous especially the employee name Izaac Lopez. He threatened me when I use to work there me and my family were threatened as well. I called management and corporate sent them many emails, calls and text but izacc Lopez needs to be fired I have messages and everything that he ever sent me and I’m going to show them as well as his number.
Guy working the cashier Sunday at 3 20 was very rude
They got my order wrong and had to remake it. Took about 15 mins to get a smoothie
Your smoothie is good if they don't hand it the wrong person first. You will also wait a Very long time. Don't go here if you have anything else to do or you'll be late.
The kids Chakalaka wasn't good... the other options we had were fine.
This location is horrible. Twice now I’ve spent over a $100 on 15 plus drinks and they complain about 27 cents for a cup. No, you’re not going to ring me up for 27 cents after the fact, get out of here. They did the same thing last time (I order 3 12oz kid drinks for a customer and ask them to put it in a 32 oz cup). If you want repeat business from larger order customers you should treat them better. And it looks like they have 5 stars here because they don’t even allow you give them 1-5 stars.
Smoothie King but not king of fast service. I'll give them the fact that it's usually busy, but between going inside and staying in the drive thru it's a long wait either way. They don't seem understaffed. Going inside is slow as well. Smoothies taste good as always but service could be quicker.
The smoothie was delicious and the people were very friendly, I'd definitely go again!
