I've always had a great experience here. Great variety of donuts, and the coffee is always hot and fresh. Houston and Shipley's are a winning team.
I went in to this location around 9 AM on 2/5/2022. Both the inside line and the drive thru line were very long (which tells me this place is a great location). I ordered my donuts and unfortunately they were very cold. I had to get to work so I didn't have time to do anything about it. Ate the donuts and they were still delicious even if cold. I took the survey on the bottom of the receipt to let them know of my experience. I was contacted shortly after by the owner of this location and we spoke out my experience. I was blown away that they reached out as fast as they did. In 30 years of eating donuts from a variety of Shipley's locations, this was the first time this ever happened. While the donuts weren't the best today, this owner showed me how much he truly cares about his customers and his product. Will continue to patron this shop when I am able due to his diligence. The times here are not consistent. It says that they close at 6pm but I went there at 2:14pm and the open sign was on but the lights were all off. This has happened quite a few times, not just once. A while back I remember it said it closed at 4 and I showed up at 3 and they were closed.
6:12am and ot even open. Waist of time.
I went to this location with my kids to buy some donuts. She was She made the first 6 with the using the paper to make them and when she went to make the glazed donuts which were in the back she used her hands to fixed then and reposition it in the box. I asked her to please remake the ones that she didn't use the paper with that she fixed with her hands. She refused so I asked for the owner or manager? She them began speaking in Spanish to the other worker. I asked again for the store information she refused and also refused my service. All the while the employee is steady wiping her hands on her apon and cash register.

Rude manager! They gave me the incorrect order and then proceeded to say if I didn’t bring the order back, he would not believe I received wrong items! I just wanted to make sure I was not charged incorrectly!
