Worst experience at a Shipley's do-nuts ever! Will never go to ANY Shipley's again!!!!!!!!!Ordered my 4yr old a plan kolache and on the way home he found out the hard was it had jalapenos in it. When I returned to the store they didn't show any sort of apologetic behavior or offered anything for childs troubles

We're extremely pleased with the service we received..although we prepaid for our 17 dozen donuts with a 5:30 am next day pickup time;their staff had our order ready on time..
Prices are ridiculous, half a dozen cost more than what a full dozen used to. Will definitely go somewhere else.
