We love this location! They were always so nice until today it was a different experience. The lady worker who seems new wasnt too friendly and she was impatient for me to complete my dozen donut selection and no I was not being picky. It made me feel like I dont want to go back to that location when Im treated that way. Of course, the nice young man owner wasnt there when all these happened.

I frequent this Shipley Donuts a lot throughout the week. The staff is amazing. Always happy and upbeat and I visit early morning. The sitting area stays clean. Kolaches are served hot and ready. Everything I've tried met my expectations. The prices are very reasonable and it's located in a nice neighborhood.
Great service and love the donut holes! Coffee is always hot! Get in early if you want your favorite kolache as they sometimes run out, but they are absolutely worth a stop.

Not a fan of this location, had it happen multiple time where I ask if the donuts are hot, otherwise would prefer not to buy. Everytime they say yes, and when I get them they are cold. Shipley Donuts served hot are by far the best.
