I get the original during lunchtime because I work by A&M. I get the same thing at dinner time and there is absolutely no meat in the sandwich at all. If you’re going to make a sandwich show some consistency between lunch and dinner. If I wanted a loaf of bread I would’ve made one at home. Not spend over $10 on a sandwich.
Completely rude manager to people who have social anxiety. She is ableist to people who have such disorders!! I wasn’t greeted when walking in the door and was very confused,so i asked if i just pick up the to go orders. She corrects me “hi hello i’m here to pick up and order for so and so” in a rude tone correcting me! It completely caught me off guard. I have ptsd and social anxiety and don’t communicate well that’s why i pick up. Then the manager was claiming she “wasn’t rude it’s because she’s not from here” and “that’s the way she talks” then when i say we’ll it came off as rude i got zero apology she then tries to call me a racict?? She also kept talking over me and wouldn’t even listen a word i said!! Completely unprofessional!!!

Had to get out Schlotzsky's fix when in Texas. Deluxe original on Jalapeno bread is my go-to.I'm sure they would do great in other locations, but I haven't seen them outside of this area.
Pathetic service by manager and the cashier made us wait for 45 minutes and when I asked for my order and saw they gave people who ordered after me …gave me a lame excuse by saying they misplaced my order and were not apologetic at all .. will never visit again shameless and rude staff ..hope the headquarters or the owner reads my review
My go-to at least 2-3 times a week at this location - very close to home. I’ve been eating Schlotzsky’s since the early to mid 70’s when the chain first opened in Austin and began to spread throughout the area. (While living in New York City, I was very upset when the store on Sixth Ave. closed in NYC, where I introduced literally hundreds of people to one of my favorite sandwiches in the world.)As for this particular location that frequent, my only real comment is that sometime it takes a while for tables to be cleaned and floors swept. Bathrooms are usually fairly clean, but I realize that with the COVID pandemic still very much with us, I realize that things sometimes take a bit longer to keep up to SOP.
Okay for a quick bite. The dough on there pizza is great. Also, go on Wednesday's to get buy on get one free pizza for 9 bucks.
Had dinner with my wife this evening. The server at register did not welcome us at all and never said thank u at all. He really needs a lesson on customer service I probably won't be coming back to this location on university Blvd in sugar land. Hopefully he'll learn how good customer service is a must in the restaurant business!!
This locations management is the absolute best! Clean and great food all the time.
Okay place. My pizza was cold and didn't come how I have gotten it at other locations.
