The service I got here was beyond fantastic.! The Manager was great and so was our server, very courteous.Food was very decent.. took a while to come out but it was worth it.!
OMG 1 slice of chocolate cake ?? will literally feed 4 people or 1 person for an entire week literally!!!! It's so scrumptious, my mom bought 3 slices for all of us and I looked at the slice ? and freaked out ? I told her I can't eat all of this!!! ???? My mom finished hers in 2 days & my son still has 1/4 a slice left which is literally like an entire piece ? of a normal sized slice of cake. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE LEFT FROM THURSDAY ? And believe me I've already eaten a large portion of mine
Great early dinner! The service was good. It was empty cause we arrived before the dinner rush. Very clean and the food was delicious we had to take the food Togo.
**roaches**Full disclosure, I think the food here is decent, I’ve been a bunch of times growing up here with my family. Aside from last night, I always thought it was a pretty good restaurant…Menu seems, smaller, than it did a couple years ago. Food is “ok”. Nothing to write home about. I got a safe menu item, the Grilled Chicken, with green beans and potato soup. All of it you would need to add salt to. And being as American as ever we had gotten the friend mushrooms and pickles… I hate to say they were really good!Partner tried my food and said the only redeeming quality was the Smokey flavor that was incorporated, but the green beans were really good. My partner also said his cheeseburger tasted like a frozen patty with condiments that tried to mask the frozen patty flavor… I tried it, I have to agree.Another disclosure, I know it’s a “steakhouse” but we just weren’t in the mood for steaks. My parents however both got steaks and they enjoyed them, so there’s that. Now of course I know this is not a “fancy” restaurant, and we went here with my parents for a birthday dinner. Loved the time, however the music was so loud I couldn’t even enjoy a conversation with the person directly next to me.Staff was decently nice and friendly, not intrusive or anything over the top. They have a hard job and they do good work! The most disturbing part (and unfortunately I did not take a picture, mainly since I was already out of my seat and we had finished eating) but there was a HUGE adult size cockroach just chilling in the window blinds above our table. My partner noticed it about 15 minutes before we all got up to leave.I’m so so so so so thankful my little sister was able to get up -before- she saw it, AND BEFORE IT FELL ON HER PLATE! We didn’t say anything to the management office (mainly because they were super busy and we didn’t want to cause a scene). I did consider letting them know though, which is why I’m making this review the following day.In turn, I’d hope any restaurant would take this matter seriously. This has absolutely nothing to do with the staff or necessarily the food… but in the case of cockroaches… we will never be eating here again. ?
Wonderful food and great service as expected. You can't go wrong with any of the menu items. The restaurant was clean, smelled great and we received excellent service.
Great food, as per usual.I always have chicken and ribs.Customer service was awesome too.
Pat's ribeye never lets me down! ? Our server Rachel did an outstanding job, drink was never empty and always made sure we were good to go---highly recommended!
Everything was good from the greet to the check. Great food, service and staff. Enjoyed the whole experience, as did my family
This was our first visit and will not be the last. We ate a late lunch and enjoyed an excellent menu, relaxing atmosphere and some of the best hospitality one could hope for. Saltgrass is certainly a chain, but you wouldn't know it by the atmosphere and quality of service. It has more if the feel of a neighborhood restaurant, with waitstaff happy to help, relaxed atmosphere and really good food. My choice was the steak salad. Incredibly fresh salad ingredients, topped with perfectly grilled steak. Certainly my favorite going forward.
I came in to this restaurant to dine in. When I approached the attendant, she added it would be a wait time for me to have since the restaurant was pa ked. I asked if the bar was avaliable. She and another attendant were there at the receiving booth and they ignored me and started talking to eachother. I proceeded; excuse me, is the bar area avaliable? They both looked at eachother and stated NO. I was expecting either one of them to do the usual thing of putting your name in a waiting isthmus and take a seat but neither of them did. So, I proceeded to asked again, are you to take my name to add it to the waiting list? And they both looked at eachother and were like, clearing their trial. I could feel the negativity and I decided walk away and move on to the restaurant next door. These people were definetly out of place and out of their responsibilities. The male guy asked me for my name once I decided to leave the place. I thought 'Not worth it" and walked away. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
