My salad was boom? the lady making my order seemed to read my mind! She knew the flavors I was going for!
It seems that a lot of costumers have the same concerns as mine and Salata replies to each concern but nothing improved. Staff are rushing costumers. Every single time I go there, the staff comes up with a different rule regarding the fruit section. Very confusing and unpleasant! When I ask for a little more of certain item, staff gives me the look! I used to eat Salata at least twice a week but not anymore. I really hope you guys work serious on our comments and improve that kind of attitude.

Complete lack of signs or anything to direct new customers. Employees weren't at all willing to step up and greet or provide any direction.The value for $$ here is horrible, $10 for a bunch of mediocre produce that probably comes pre cut in bags Subway style.I'll certainly not be wasting another dollar here.
I guess I don’t see the draw. You just walk through the line choosing what to put on your salad and hope the flavors work out in the end?! If I was any good at this, I’d make my own salad at home for a fraction of the price. My salad was..meh. I could have made it better at home because I wouldn’t have felt so rushed choosing my ingredients. If you don’t come to this place with a chef-curated plan, it’s not worth it. Also, the sign said that it comes with bread. I didn’t get any bread. I left feeling underwhelmed.

You are going to love eating at this place they have the best salads you will ever eat. You got to try this place it's in town center in sugarland
The food was great but the server Viridiana was very rude. She rushed us to to pick our food. When checking out she wanted us to get our food to go. When we arrived there at 7:20PM an they closed at 8PM. When the next group came in she did not tell they had to get there food to go. I would come would come back only if she not working here.
Created a salad and a wrap; they were delish!! The falafel was tasty and there were a lot of fresh options. I was nervous, before hand, I thought it was going to be buffet style salad bar, but it wasn’t. They did move quick and seemed to be rushing, so the servers would miss some of the items and had to circle back a couple times.
I was disappointed. I convinced my coworker to Uber from Salata. Uber Eats gave us a wonderful first timer user discount. Our salads were beautiful. Each of our salads were packaged beautiful with fresh lettuce and the trimming. We ordered seafood mix salads. Each salad had 2 shrimp. OMG! Yes I was embarrassed. What happened to the mix?
