The salads and sandwiches are delicious, however the service has been inconsistent. The first time I went I was asked if I would like my salad mixed for me when ordering the pick two. The second time I went I wasn’t asked and the employee placed my salad how she had wanted to. The second time I went I was offered chips and a pickle to go with my pick two, yet the first I went I wasn’t offered and didn’t know my meal I paid for came with those two things which weren’t given or offered to me. So unknowingly the first time I came I paid for my meal without receiving not everything it was suppose to come with.
Tasty salads. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Don’t forget to grab a cookie or a brownie (I can vouch for the peanut butter cookies and brownies.)
Very rude employees. I walkedIn and wasn’t even greeted. I had to say helloAnd the girl working the counter on Friday May 6th 2022 5:50/5:55 barely acknowledged me or my daughter. Neither did the other male employee working at 5:55pm . Both shouldBe fired . The lack of customer service is what made me leave. The counter where the salad ingredients were,Was un kept with food spilled all out of the containers. I had come to place a large order and was so excited to try this place out . I left disappointed. If the owner reads this,Please consider training your employees on customer service. Not happy and won’t be back.
This was my first time at Saladworks and the staff were very polite. For the size of the salad I know $11-$12 is pricy but, overall the salad was filling and worth the price.
Love these salads. A little pricey if you make your own but can be split into two portions easily. Healthy, delicious, fresh. Tried their lobster bisque not too long ago and it was so good. I got the chance to meet the owner during one of my visits and she was very nice and professional. I'll gladly spend my money here.
The staff yesterday was very helpful! The food was also very good. Great place. I would recommend to anyone looking for great salads and great staff!

Order was completely wrong. Ordered Greek salad without olives and cucumber and added chicken. Salad had both olives and cucumber and there was no chicken,, which they charged extra for. Food was cold. Soup tastes like it was from a can. Tried calling store but nobody would answer the phone. Will never order from this place again.
