Ambience is great, very helpful staff and so is the owner and provided some great suggestions from the Menu. All is good except that I find the portion size is small compared to other vietnamese restaurant I had been to.
Came here hoping to have a good experience. ordered a vermicelli bowl and some pho. the bowl was served luke warm. not sure if this was the intended way of serving it, but I would have enjoyed it a lot if it were hot.the pho was generic and nothing to write home about. I would say if you are in the mood for Pho or Vermicelli bowls, go a mile down the road to Pho Ben.
Wow. What an amazing place. The food is perfection. It was my first visit and all i can say is i will be going no where else for pho. The number 12 is awesome
First off they gave my appetizer to the wrong table. Then gave me beef friend rice after I explained two times I wanted beef pho. This was the only pho place open and they did not even try to accommodate their mistake they made on my order. I won’t be coming here again. The one on Milam is better than this place.
I’ve eaten here several times and each time I was on point. Great food very tasty, pricing great, service good, portions are great. Probably the best portion size, for the price, in the Houston and surrounding area. I highly recommend them. Clean environment as well. Super pleased

I just want to say I will most definitely be returning! The owner was very nice, honest, and he’s also hilarious lol. The food was made fresh and had the right amount of seasoning and inexpensive. Would recommend 10/10!

been going here since i was 2. im now 24. i know they changed owners a few months back as well. i order from door dash 2+ times a week. they knew my name when i picked up once cause i order so often. however, its so inconsistent depending on the day. i always order spring rolls and chicken pho. some days i barely get any of the toppings, like almost no onion. sometimes they forget the bag with the bean sprouts. I always put in my notes “no crispy onion“ and they usually always follow my request but I barely get any onion or cilantro with my meal. and because they know me and my order they never read my notes when I ask for things like a side of fish sauce. all of the cilantro is just stems every time. today i got a kids pho and a reg pho. each one is a completely different color even though theyre both chicken broth. one tastes pretty good and the other is bland salt. sometimes the chicken is rock hard too. flavor is a hit or miss every time. it used to be great.
Great egg rolls and veggies in the seafood Pho was an unexpected but awesome surprise. I really enjoyed it and will be back
