Wrong order was delivered. Called immediately to get the delivery guy to bring my order - Phone rang and rang - eventually the call dropped. Tried again - same thing happened - Tried a 3rd time a guy answered and immediately put me on hold. 21 minutes later he came back and I explained I got Janet D's (name was on the ticket) delivery instead of mine. He told me he would get in touch with the Delivery guy and bring my order (He had already been gone over 25 minutes at this point). 2 Hours later I still hadn't received my order... So we ate part of Janet D's cold pizza and Mozzarella sticks. $50 wasted at Russo's First and Last time we'll order from them...
Been ordering from here for years but recently the quality has dropped quite a bit. It used to be great but the last few pizzas I got have been pretty bad. Also service just keeps getting slower and several times they just weren't delivering that day.If I wanted a dominoes quality pizza I'd just order from dominoes.
Absolutely love Russo's and this one specifically! All the employees are extremely friendly and welcoming including the owner Ben. The pasta here always tastes fresh along with their pizza which is delicious. They have amazing Garlic knots and they are to die for! The garlic knots are topped with fresh garlic and comes with a creamy white sauce. Another great thing with Russo's is how they select different wines and beers and always have something new to try. This place never disappoints!
We just popped out for a Sunday family dinner. And we are so glad that we skipped our original plan, (the 40 minute wait at Carrabbas with the huge crowd) and went to Russo’s. It was amazing, had no wait, the server Eno, was absolutely delightful, the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic and they even gave us a free dessert for being awesome customers!! . Ya can’t beat that. Happy new year to us and to our new favorite Italian place.

My son picked this restaurant for his 8th birthday and let me tell you!! The food was amazing, they very accommodating with the large party of 20+ and extremely polite. The manager Eno was so very nice. We have been back two more times since last weekend and our server Jaliyah was just as nice and again food and service was great. The entire staff reflects off the manager at this location. Highly recommend
It was an huge hit at our 80s theme party. 3 party pizza’s went fast. The delivery driver was nice. I would recommend.
I walked in at 5:33pm and ordered a pizza and pasta. I asked how long it would take and was told 25 minutes. I said to the person taking my order “perfect because we have Taekwondo for 30 minutes!” It is a 40 minute class but I had no plans of being delayed by the restaurant due to a past experience. 45 minutes later, I go to get my order and I’m told it’s not ready. What happened to my 20 minute buffer? Yet someone who clearly came after me walks out 2 minutes later with their food…about 3 times the amount of food I ordered. I guess they cater to a certain demographic that I don’t fit into! ??♀️I honestly should have known better because I had a similar situation months and months ago. I see this restaurant at least twice a week but I won’t make this mistake of ordering for a pickup again!
So be warned, their online ordering app doesn’t work. Order pizza wait 15 minutes drive to location to be told they don’t have my order. Wait 20 more more minutes to be given the wrong pizza.Update. Pizza is good and manager apologized for the wait and gave me $50 gift card
I literally had a small order. One pizza, anchovies on the side, and a Ceasars salad. I waited the w5 minutes, came to pick up my order and they put the anchovies on the pizza. Supwr simple instructions, they even read it and saw i said anchovies on the side. They had to remake the pizza, I get no apology, no compensation, no dessert, I mean literally nothing that would make them seem like they cared they messed up. Ridiculous. Will not come back, will not suggest to anyone. Customer service is key. The young kid making the pizza said, "aww man anchovies on the side" give me a break!
