Chinese Seafood Dim Sum
(281) 494-8888

Dim sum Hong Kong style. No more need to go to Chinatown. Stay in the sweet sweet land of the sugar.

Worst customer service. I came in today with my family to have lunch, and the host or owner decided that they were going to sit a family of 9. Even though my family has been waiting for over 30 minutes to get a table. All of a sudden a family of 9 was able to get a table with less than a 5 minute wait. While my family was waiting there before them.

Loved the peking duck and lobster with crispy noodles.

Very busy today, but the wait was only about 10 to 15 minutes. Dim sum is always good, but even better with a Peking duck

Authentic and tasty Chinese food. Such a gem hidden in Sugar Land. One of the best dim sum places in town. The portion is pretty big, the price is fair, plus they are so yummy! You know you find the right food in the right place - the subtle flavor is really on-point. Such an amazing experience for the taste buds. Highly recommend it!

Authentic Chinese food!

This is my dad’s favorite Chinese restaurant in Houston. However, the experience is either hit or miss. The food can be amazing, but the owner doesn't really know how to run things efficiently. The service earlier this year was flat out awful. I vowed never to return to this place after the last time. My dad tells me they got more staff since then, so maybe the service is better. They have a bad habit of having 3 or 4 waiters serving each table. All restaurants assign one waiter per table. They used to have a huge menu, so it was harder to get food out of the kitchen in a timely manner. They paired down their menu a lot since they first opened, so there's a chance you will get you food somewhat quickly now.The chefs do a good job ONLY when the owner is present. If the boss isn't there, the cooks slack off and do a noticeably worse job preparing the food. Honestly, if Mr. Mo isn't there, just leave.Culturally, the owner and waiters grew up in poor villages in China. They’re basically a bunch of country bumpkins trying to run a fancy Chinese restaurant. I can’t blame them too much. The food is good and authentic but they can't run a restaurant efficiently at all half the time.

This is my first time here at the Highway 6 location and 2nd time eating here since I first visited it at the Fountain Lakes location. I was excited to visit because of the Dim Sum being in Sugar Land. So here are all the dishes I like: Pork & 1000yr old Egg Congee, Radish cake with XO sauce, Steamed shrimp in rice roll, Fried salt & pepper shrimp roll. Here are all the dishes that lacked seasoning and flavor: Chicken feet, shrimp and chive dumpling, Siu Mai, Tofu skin wrapped roll. The beef tripe had seasonings but it was a taste I didn't enjoy. I'm used to the ginger sauce and I didn't taste it here. The lobster sauce was lacking in flavor as well. For me I wouldn't come back again for dim sum. I was hoping to have a decent dim sum restaurant close to home but most of my favorites dishes was lacking in flavor. Looks like I'll be sticking to China Town.

Do not waste your money here! The food is not fresh and it tastes very bad. Low quality food and chef. The service is very bad and slow. It is not the same restaurant we had several years ago. If you went there once, you would never go back. This is the first time I review the restaurant since I feel very disappointed.

Excellent food, I ordered some dim sum and hot dishes, they tasted much better than average dim sum, will try other dishes next time.
