Really nice atmostshpere and place! The place seems to be well organized and clean or maintained all the time! It was my first time eating here and the food was great! The reason why I gave it 3 stars is the restrooms could be maintained more properly and I'm thinking that its regular for everyone to just grab food or eat food and go like they have been here a million times. But it was my first time the person at the front just stared at me like I was crazy for coming here. It seemed rude and not a great way to treat new customers.
As much as I love this place, today, I seen something that was unsanitary. One of the workers was changing the trash, then all of a sudden he stopped to help with packing the food, he NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. He went from the trash can to packing food and putting his hands on napkins and everything. I applaud the young man for working hard and helping out but next time WASH YOUR HANDS! Keep working hard young man. The 1 star is for the one mishap, I hope management will address the issue with all their employees.
I stay in Richmond and it takes me 20/25 min to get here, every time I come I order online and for curbside. The employees here are so sweet and helpful, they ask me if I want my food to be reheated every time and it never takes long at all. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you canes employees for an overall great experience every time. You guys rock !
So I'm not big on fast food, but I gotta give this place a shout out. They do one thing and they do it well. Crisp, yet juicy tenders, simple options for sides. I hate the constant changes at other places. The manager here, jumps right in, leading from the front, keeping them place moving. Staff have always been extremely courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this particular location to others.
Managers at this location, please advise your drive thru cashiers to pay MORE attention to the orders. WE are paying for the food, we are not asking for it for free. Went to this location 2 days in a row, told them specifically how I wanted my orders more then twice, and yet they gave me my orders wrong! They are in such a rush, they DO NOT pay attention to customers! Horrible service!
Everything was great but it's not as good as the hype put it up to be. The sauce is very peppery and kinda taste like mayo ketchup with extra mayo. Tenders were perfectly cooked and juicy and service was quick and nice. Overall experience was good.
There is very good food for decent prices, mainly chicken fingers and fries. Their sauce is pretty good and they have clean bathrooms but it has water on the floor as if people don't know how to pee. It's a small restaurant but it still seems big. Overall 5 stars.
We came late towards the end of the shift, they still took care of us. He sat in and dined in, as always the sauce is really good. My kids loved it, took someone there the very first time that has never been there they absolutely loved it
Quality and taste all in one place. Chicken is seasoned and cooked so well while the Cane's sauce takes the whole meal to the next level!
More like chicken crust, no tender. Fries were cold. Never had a bad experience before. Couldn't believe that it was bad like regular fast food places.
