Went their yesterday after doctors appointment around 2:30pm. The food was ok but the presentation of the food was not they put too much mayo on my big Wrexk sandwich and is was soaked. It looked like it was just thrown together and how cone the last several time I go and the young lady is working the drive thrue the shake machine is not working. She said that their is an ongoing electrical problem with that part of the building that's why it orks sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Yhe only reason i went was for a shake for my wife because we someone at the doctors office with one of those shakes. Maybe that's something that corporate needs to look into or maybe the firemarshal. One more thing when trying to order the girl is always trying to rush you. I spent over 50 dollars and was not satisfied
Ordered lunch for my family yesterday, and honestly never really had major issues with ordering here. Occasionally something will be missing or a sandwich would have the wrong kind of bread, nothing major. But whomever made our sandwiches decided that we all needed to have mayonnaise to the extreme, it was so bad that my veggie sandwich was just mayonnaise sandwich. There was hardly any veggies there even after scrapping the majority of the mayonnaise off. All of our stomachs were quesy after lunch. So I think we will be taking a break from potbelly.
I don’t understand why the drive thru takes 15min… ?????? Didnt even get a receipt, lady was gone as soon as she handed me my food. Smh. Zero customer service here.
Never had an issue until last week. I ordered a chicken salad and got a sopping wet mayo Wreck. This week I figured I would try again...nope. Chicken salad...just chicken, no veggies. Also I asked for jalapeno chips and got regular. Not sure what has recently changed, but sad to say, I'm done.Both times were on Sunday. Maybe their QC Dept is nonexistent on that day. ?
My hubby and I went to Potbelly a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, we received incorrect sandwiches. Kelly Sullivan, the district manager, immediately addressed the situation. A++ for service recovery and making our next visit excellent. Thank you!
Just tried them for the first time yesterday and now I'm back grabbing another sandwich!!These guys take subs to another level! Food is amazing and it's well kept in this establishment.My only complaint is the heavy set girl checking you put. She seems not all the way there and very slow. Not to mention I want to see how I can get points and she didn't even care to explain it to me.
I love this place. My favorite is the chicken salad on multi grain. I also love their chili. I go usually once a week and think it’s the best.
3 star just because the guy who was making my sandwich did not change gloves to make my order. I saw him touching a machine and boxes with those gloves. There I a girl who is just making order a she is not touching nothing just bread and the things to make the order. I didn't make it a big deal because this sandwich wasn't for me.

Delicious sandwiches and great staff!!Been going here 4-5 yrs now. Been to other potbelly locations in greater houston area and always pleased with their quality of food, service and high standards on the overall customer experience.
