I went there today, and it was absolutely disgusting. All the chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. The fries were disgusting and had that old taste. When I called to complain nobody answered the phone. I have continued to call from 12:45 (when I got home after ordering my food at 12:40) till they closed. This Popeyes is a joke. Other times when I have gone through there, they would tell me oh its 15 minutes because they had absolutely no chicken. I will be calling corporate tomorrow!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would but it will not allow me to.
Sorry Guys, but you failed in a big way. The $7.99 I paid for a Rice and Beans plus a Chicken Leg I Received an Overdone Burnt Greasy Leg and The Rice and Beans Were Undercooked. But The Bisquit was Fine. Could have Salvaged the Experience if I had some Jelly for the Bisquit. I Got to the Drivethru and Looked at Their Floor Covered In Chicken Droppings and Imagined When I Was Working In A Chicken Processing Plant in Oklahoma. It Was Much Cleaner Than That. I Love Beans And Rice and I wouldn't be Writing This If You At Least Got That Right, But No. I Drove All Night and Part Of The Day and By The Time I Arrived At YOur Place I Was Very Hungy and You Might Not Believe Me But I Threw Your Meal Out On The Interstate And Went Without. Got To BE Careful With My Heart, Just Went Through Surgery, a Triple Bypass So I Know About Blocked Arteries. If You Don't Take Offence Please Be Aware Of Other Peoples Problems Start And End With Greasy Fast Foods. Address That Issue.

More bones and flour than meat. My jaws ended up hurting after eating this dry skimp meal. Oh well wont be coming back any time soon.
I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. Left with 12 nuggets, 10 tenders among me and my friends and after numerous times saying what sauce I wanted how do I still leave with no sauce in my bag. No straws and no spoon for red beans and rice.
Took extra long time to push the orders out and still messed up in delivering it properly. Food was good tho
Both entrance doors are locked. Thats a fire safety for both employees and patrons who may be inside building the only way out is thru the restroom out the gas Station.
They don't deserve a single star either. I got a sandwich n asked for a sauce Andrea the window lady said she will charge for that.Most importantly, sandwich was so cold cold, bread was fridge cold. I spoke the manager he got upset with me. Then to make a new they took a long time while they served 2 more window pickups but they kept me waiting. Andrea came to make my sandwich n took a long time to make it. Now I don't know if she didn't do anything to my sandwich??
**Beware** Workers just love to be on thier phones nowadays they won't even attend you, while you are physically standing there.
Went there this morning to get a Sunday family meal for my aging parents, family of 4 and 2 guests. We Ordered Chicken, red beans/rice, fries, mashed potatoes and biscuits. This meal was terrible! The chicken was obviously from the night before and everything was definitely from the night before. The chicken was unbelievably dry with tons of batter. The fries were soggy, the biscuits were hard and Burnt the red beans/rice and mashed potatoes weren’t filled to the top and tasted old. The whole group was so disappointed with the meal. We ended up throwing 90% away and had to cook after all. I was so embarrassed to bring that to my parents home with guests!! I tried to call just to get this off my chest and no answer. I live 4 mins away from this place. This has now happened 3 times. Besides those 3 times, it’s been ok. Go at your own risk I guess. Hit or miss! Lastly, I never right comments or complain-but this was so bad. I can’t believe a place would serve this in good conscience on a Sunday(god and family day).
