I ordered 5 piece spicy chicken stip meal around 7:10pm tonight. Plus large mashed and large red beans & rice.Took it home immediately.The chicken was cold and past its holding time. Chewy and gristle. Inedible.I didn't get the small mashed that's supposed to come with the meal.The 2 large sides were fine. Disappointed in the chicken Quality.Hopefully next time the quality would be better. My first time at this popeyes.
My shrimp were hard and cold. I ordered a spicy leg kids meal, and was given mild. My red beans and rice were watered down and had no flavor. I was charged 50 cents for extra gravy, but didn't get it.I was so very disappointed.I had to pick up my sister from the hospital, so I was unable to go back to have my order replaced. I'll hold on to my receipt and the potatoes; they're going back.
Do not eat at this location. A young man went outside. Came back in. Didn't wash his hands and got right back to work. I went off and even threaten to call the health department. I reminded them that we're in a COVID crisis and cleanliness is paramount. I did not purchase anything but the person I was with did.
Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken sandwiches. I had regular and hubs had spices! Cooked to perfection and the fries were awesome! You will enjoy too!
Ordered via the mobile app and when I got there the order was not ready. Had to wait and then they forgot to put in fries so had to drive back again luckily I checked before completely leaving!
Ordered a larger order. They were slow, but that didn’t annoy me—I asked for more sauces and they gave me 3 sauces total for that large order. Then I got attitude from the guy who seemed like the manager. I’m sorry if ordered 7 meals, 3 sauces are just not enough
My first experience at Popeyes and it was plainly unpleasant. Whoever is the manager on Sundays at lunch time is not a very nice person. They were only serving drive thru, but no single sign was posted on the door and a constant traffic of people parking and getting out of their cars were confused about if it was really closed or not. Then, the drive thu was extremely slow. When I finally ordered, the person on the speaker (who seemed to be the manager) seemed to be just... grumpy and harsh. When I mentioned that there was no sign at the door their response was "ok no problem", which is a great way of saying nothing at all lol.The only upside is that there were plenty of fries in my bag.
Excellent, excellent service! Made a mobile order and received it in less than 5 minutes at this location. So much quicker, than the two hours I spent at the location near my house. I will definitely go to this location again, even though it’s further away. Get these people a raise!! ??
Used drive-thru during the week and a pretty busy lunch hour. The staff was polite and their service was fast. The drive-thru moved pretty quick. Everything we ordered was fresh and hot as it should be and cooked perfectly. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
Chicken is very good but I'm not too fond of the sides. I especially like the nuggets.
