This is one of the best Popeyes locations. Even though this is not the closest to us, the service here is well worth the drive!
Now you know I’m known for writing reviews. So if you eat here make sure it’s early like as soon as they open. The even ing shift is not good to go to at all. I went around 430 pm and my food was not hot nor up to part. My chicken was old were the meat had turned dark from sitting to long. And the crust was not crispy at all for soggy. The only thing my family agreed on was the sides were better.
Definitely not coming back to this location. A large fry really consists of 12 fries? Can't even get the order right on the second try, much kess the first. I will never recommend Popeyes ever again to anyone I know.
I come to the location on Eldridge because it is convenient with no traffic but never again! Out of the last 6 times I have ordered they have messed up my order 3 of those times or left items missing. Today I ordered a 3 piece spicy meal with fries and a medium drink. I got back a 3 piece original meal with rice and beans(with no utensils) and a small drink. How do you mess that up?? They clearly don’t take their time in reading the orders or are giving people other peoples orders. People at the drive thru seem nice but someone is messing up.
Hello, tonight was not a good nite, your chicken was hard and over cooked. I asked for mild and I got home and it was spicy. So please tell them to take their time and read the order. Thank you
I'd give no stars if I could! Went through the drive thru and got two classic chicken sandwiches and asked that one have no sauce of any kind. Instead both had mayo and neither had pickles even though I specifically asked for pickles on the dry sandwich. Also got no utensil to eat my red beans and rice. I guess it's a good thing I went straight home and had my own sandwich buns and silverware to use. Knew I should have checked my order but really why do I have to do their job for them????
It's a coinflip whether they ever get your order right. They'll repeat your order correctly to you, then give you the exact opposite.
