Ordered through the app went to pick it up no one came out from the back I waited for more than 10 minutes no one came out so I called multiple times while I was still inside the store to see if someone would come out to answer the phone but no one did. Until today no one has reach out to me regarding my order. Horrible customer service.
Ordered a pizza and it never came. Called multiple times and no one answered!! Now I have to fight to get my money back. This is the last time I will be ordering from here!!!!
Customer Service is horrible and the people there are so passive aggressively rude. They don't answer the phone and the website says it offers curbside -which it does not. maybe they should take it off so people aren't mislead especially during Covid.
The large spicy double pepperoni had no red jalapeños, not much pepperoni, and was a little on the small side.
My order always is fresh and ready on time. Outstanding great customer service. and very easy to order from my phone and ready by the time I reach there.
My Chicken Stuff crust pizza with the BBQ sauce was not done properly but the kids were hungry so i could not return the pizza. It seems they did not want to add the grilled chicken. I always go there but this time was not up to par. only this time so i am still a fan
Multiple problems. Last night was a piece of brown paper embedded in d crust. Likely to b from d box. Itd brown color. Last issue was d pizza had holes all over nd missing meat pieces. Like a food eaten by dog. I returned it
This location gives Pizza Hut a bad name. I been here a few times and they still have very poor customer service. Staff complains they short staffed. The staff here doesn't want to work. I shouldn't have to wait 10 mins extra past my scheduled order time.
One of the worst Pizza Huts I have ate before I tried ordering food from there multiple times , and every time it taste like a frozen pizza or as if they just put a can of tomato sauce on some dough , also I ordered a Detroit around 6pm didn’t revive it till 8:30 pm what a service.. not to sound like Gordon Ramsay or anything but never will I order a pizza or anything from this Pizza Hut again Need a new manger or staff to bring it up .
Supposed to get at 8:45... Ordered around 7ish... 1 hour 45 minutes is also too long... But we received the order at 10:15... Which is 3 hours and 15 minutes... Unacceptable. We had Miss going out for a movie which was supposed to be at 9:30. Money waste and time waste.
