This Pizza Hut always has some REALLY good tasting pizza. Today I went in and Megan greeted me. Really nice, high and positive energy and always smiled. Even when she had a difficult customer in front of me.Food tastes and looks amazing. I love coming here. And the last two times I visited, Ron was there, he had a good energy and always wished a good day to me. I hope Ron and Megan stay there or move up because they actually care about their customers and the food they present.I’ll be ordering soon

The pizza dinner box was cold and I put light sauce but it barely had any. It was more none than light.
I order pizza and wings and instead of wings they gave fries, so I had to go back to the store to claim the correct order.
Dear Sir/Madam, I paid for garlic butter crust and I did not get that. Also - there was barely enough cheese on the pizza. To make it worse there were barely any toppings. The pizza looked dead and not fresh. I have had great pizzas from Pizza Hut before but obviously this location has been performing very poorly. I will have to try another location because I love pizza hut pizza but this location has consistently disappointed me. This one is located on W Airport drive. I ordered several pizzas here recently and every pizza was poorly made.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! First they over charge my card, then they make me wait too long over food? I ordered my food an hour ago and it’s still not here! I called 4 times and nobody answered! It took me until the 5th try to get someone on the phone, and when they answered they told me my order is still being processed. Are you kidding me? It’s still being processed after 1 hour? This is ridiculous. In the next 10 minutes, 2 hours would have passed and still no food. I’m never ordering here again. Maybe my sister was right, domino’s is better.
I always buy special chicken pizza for $8.57 but today they asked me to pay$18 so I was so surprised and told her what I always paid and she said she gonna make it $11 but I told her I am gonna pay what I paid everyday so she called the manager and he said he been working at pizza hut for 12 years and he never sold $ 8 . 57 pizza rudely. I am so surprised how the manager never knows the price since he's been there for long time I know he just wants to be rude ? anyways I will not recommend this place .
I love how each time I order for pickup, it’s always ready when I get there . Service is quick and clean , thumbs up to the amazing workers
Worst ever service.When customer arrive atleast as a courtesy you come and interact with them instead shouting on customers that you are short of people and loaded with work. You make us wait like a fool. One lady ahead of me left just beacause they did not show up and left frustrated ahead of her guy bang the door twice still nobody turned up. Later when my turn came the guy so called manager (nabil) asked me to wait 10 more minutes may be because we had arguements over waiting and disrespecting customers though pizza was ready cause when i showed him my phone with pizza ready message he immediately went in and got the pizza.Never going again this location.
