After placing my online order at 8:17 PM, I received a text at 8:33 PM from PH to track my order. After almost and hour and no pizzas; I called to check and was told it was a pickup order when it CLEARLY was not: and I even added a $6.00 tip for the driver! Why would I add a tip if I've got to go get my own pizza????? So I had to change clothes and go get my pizzas and at 10:23 I get another text telling me "Your order is out for delivery!" I have kept the texts if PH is remotely interested!This is the same kind of service I got the last time I ordered from this Hut (which by the way was 6 YEARS AGO!) and the same reason why this Hut has a terrible rating on Google and the reviews on there have the same storyline over and over: Excessive delays; horrible customer service; horrible quality; wrong or incomplete orders etc. Don't understand how a major corporation like PH can tolerate a franchise destroying its name and reputation like this.Hard; Cold and Dry is the only way to describe what I picked up. This Hut is ABSOLUTELY the worst excuse for a pizza place or even a food establishment!
This Pizza Hut location is really good I try some of the hot wings and not even a problem pizza didn't get a chance to buy at least one whole Box I only try with their Howie's they're really cooked really well like the other Pizza Hut from South Dairy Ashford And StaffordNever had no problems in this location or anything but it's similar to the one They're pretty good I will actually recommend but if some of you are probably not getting the right stuff or something about the cuts it's because many people are calling in or or applying an application appWhat I mean about that as people getting their ordersAnd sometimes they get in a rush but it's understandable
This by far the worst experience I've had with a Pizza delivery service. I put my order at 8 PM and never had my order delivered and the store never answered my phone calls. What a sorry excuse of a Pizza delivery.
Hot, fresh, made just the way I like with light sauce and lots of cheese! This location has greatly improved over the past year or so!
Ordered something they were out of, but received a phone call almost immediately to allow me to select a substitute. The pizzas arrived hot and earlier than expected. Great experience.
I did curbside. My pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Everything correct and fresh and hot.
At this particular location, my suggestion is perhaps have a line for online pick-up only and one line for everything else. The lady in front of me took her time ordering while my food is ready and cooling down.
The delivery process. I must have messed up my order because the crust of my Large Super Supreme pizza was way too thick and I didn't like it. Ate one slice and dumped the pizza. My second large cheese pizza was perfect, correct crust and all about it was great. The delivery process was great.
The woman working the front is lazy, I could see the pizza sitting in the warmer and she just didn’t do anything. I had to ask one of the delivery people to go and check on it. He was super nice and brought it to her attention.
One hour waiting for the pizza and they just fogot to add the topics i asked for . Their solition . They told me i have to wait another hour
